Rebecca Hayes was so helpful along the tenant process, keeping us updated and helped us negotiate our moving time as we were in a stressful situation between moving and supported us through the whole thing. I have had bad experiences with my current estate agents and was feeling anxious when having to contact a new one but Rebecca removed my anxiety and actually cared about the issues we were facing (which we didn’t receive from the other agency). Made me trust estate agents again. Couldn’t recommend Martin&Co enough!

My wife and I rented a property through Martin and Co for four years. They looked after us well and did their best to make sure any issues were sorted in a timely manner (even with a difficult landlord). I would happily rent, or in the future buy through them again. We marketed our hime and sold very quickly, the process was good and the information exchanged always informative. The final completion was slow - no fault of the agent - and caused additional costs. I would thoroughly recommend the Droitwich branch.

WARNING! Avoid at all costs. There's a reason Martin and Co uk as a company have 72% 1 star reviews. They are clearly rotten from the core. Rude unprofessional staff, one sided and despite leaving the property immaculate they try to steal your deposit making the tenant go through the process of getting the DPS to step in. If you don't want to be treated like a second citizen and enjoy a competent property management company with some integrity then go elsewhere and avoid the pain

Had a really good experience with the company and the agent that handled the selling of my property. Approachable and friendly, quick to value and create a brochure. I wasn’t happy with one or two of the pictures so submitted new ones which were accepted and it was amended no issues. The place sold super quick so I can only imagine that the viewings were conducted with the same level of professionalism. I would recommend this company.
