Tom is an excellent letting agent. He has arranged 4 tenancies for our 2 rental properties over the last few years. Excellent communication, reliable and handles everything for us when we are seeking new tenants. He is also great at providing advice when required and ensures that the interests of both tenant and landlord are looked after. He has sourced excellent tenants for us which is particularly important as our tenants are also our neighbours. I would recommend him to anyone in our area looking for a great letting agent. Tom was very professional and the attention to detail is incredible. He provided a very clear guidance with all the potential tenants for property that was available for letting. From the beginning to the end I was kept informed and given advice and guidance as to the most suitable tenants. A very extensive set of photographs, of the standard of decoration, was undertaken as a record. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to let their property to contact Tom as soon as possible because you will be very pleasantly surprised. I will use Tom again for letting property and if I was wanting to sell he would be the first person I would contact.

Exceptionally good under difficult circumstances.

Martin & Co were exceptionally good. I dealt with then following the death off may father. Initially I wanted to rent the house and Luke gave good advice on costs, values, preparations and challenges I may experience. I leant on him heavily including getting recommendations local contractors as I live abroad. When I changed my mind and decided to sell the level of service and assistance did not change. Luke and Danielle always gave good advice and kept in regular contact. The sale went very smoothly and they helped get a good outcome in very difficult circumstances. In all it took approximately 8 months and Luke and Danielle's experience showed through in every interaction, they were kind and professional throughout. I would wholeheartedly recommend them

We are moving house and needed to do it quickly and without too much stress due to husband needed heart surgery in the next few months and we wanted to be settled asap. Went back to Martin & Co as we have been with them before and have always felt comfortable. A lot of new faces and the one and only Luke. We explained the situation to Anna and Rebecca and they took it in their stride. They helped us find the house that was ideal for us. Anna giving us extra time to look round and solving any issues that arose, and then guiding us through the paperwork the phone calls and emails Rebecca had from us, we must have been a nightmare They answered questions that were being fired at them and the what ifs (there were a lot). We kept them up to date with any new developments on my husband and when we were going to be a little late getting the paperwork done. We were the ones panicking and Rebecca calmed us down. We cannot thank them enough for what they have done for us and the process was quick. This is why they have 5s across the board. The one thing we would say is be open with the staff you will be surprised at the ideas and information they come up with. The amount of times I have gone in almost crying and Rebecca and Anna have just listened and I have left a lot calmer. The only person we have not seen yet is Mark the boss, give it time and we will. We are coming back home.
