We are moving house and needed to do it quickly and without too much stress due to husband needed heart surgery in the next few months and we wanted to be settled asap. Went back to Martin & Co as we have been with them before and have always felt comfortable. A lot of new faces and the one and only Luke. We explained the situation to Anna and Rebecca and they took it in their stride. They helped us find the house that was ideal for us. Anna giving us extra time to look round and solving any issues that arose, and then guiding us through the paperwork the phone calls and emails Rebecca had from us, we must have been a nightmare They answered questions that were being fired at them and the what ifs (there were a lot). We kept them up to date with any new developments on my husband and when we were going to be a little late getting the paperwork done. We were the ones panicking and Rebecca calmed us down. We cannot thank them enough for what they have done for us and the process was quick. This is why they have 5s across the board. The one thing we would say is be open with the staff you will be surprised at the ideas and information they come up with. The amount of times I have gone in almost crying and Rebecca and Anna have just listened and I have left a lot calmer. The only person we have not seen yet is Mark the boss, give it time and we will. We are coming back home.
