GoogleWhen it comes to letting a property, we all know that it is so fundamental to get the right letting agent. Having spoken to soooo many agents we decided to have Bairstow Eves ( Silver Street, Lincoln) as our agent and so far they have been tremendous. We liaise with Darryl and by far is one of the best agents out there. Always makes us feel like we are the only customer he has, always returns calls and emails ( even after hours) to ensure we ( the client ) are not left waiting and has helped us gain a great understanding of do’s and don’ts’s to renting out a property. If you need support in sourcing and then renting out a property, without a shadow of a doubt, Bairstow Eves ( Silver Street, Lincoln) is the agent for you.

GoogleMoved into a rental property where there was lots of work needed doing. I put in the requests through the proper channels and at first they were slow to respond. After chasing it up quite a bit and making it clear the work was pretty urgent, they did jump on it and make sure everything was sorted as quickly as possible after that.

GoogleStaff are really friendly and helpful, often going the extra mile. Mia, Jade, Samantha, Helena and Owen to name our most recent contacts in the Lincoln team have looked after our property in letting over many years and guided us well through the selling process so far. Feel our property is in safe hands which is what you need especially as we are not local.

GoogleI decided to sell my house through Bairstow Eves after reviewing the competition and speaking with Robert who clearly has a wealth of invaluable experience & knowledge at his disposal. I didn't just want a 'buyer' at the right price, it was equally important to have the 'right buyer' to progress with the task at hand. Although It took almost 4 months (over a usually slow Winter period it has to be said) but then a relatively uncomplicated sale was agreed and completed in a little over 7 weeks. The entire team are highly competent and professional, Morta and Leo both deserve a particular mention too for their diligence & patience throughout. Well done to everyone! I have used several well known high street EA's over the years, but would have no hesitation in engaging once again with these guys in future.

GoogleGreat customer service. Fantastic letting agency. Oliver and Kieran both made our move as smooth as it can be possible. Probably the best letting agency from my experience 6 months after renting with Bairstow Eves update: I still stand by what I've said before, however we are extremely disappointed with our property manager. Everytime I interact with them, I feel like I'm being constantly ignored and I have to remind them about my existence. We've submitted an emergency issue, and it took a long time for them to respond. They never keep us updated, we have to call them twice or more to ask about the situation. Absolutely disappointing. Hope it will be as good as their sales/letting team.
