Little Update!Toilet finally fixed after six months, decking replaced “..to a shocking standard” Bairstoweves Property Manager, Lincoln. Bath taps working and birds nest removed.Sadly still much to do as promised with carpets not fitting etc but funnily enough the essential work all done a week before six month inspection?!Bairstow can only give a 5 hour window for inspection as the inspection is done by an external company and he doesn’t have a planned route!After 7 months of upset and frustration just another example of where the customer comes last!All round shocking from start to finish!

GoogleBairstow Eves lettings took over my properties this time last year. As a landlord, I was able to take a step back and they have handled everything from start to finish. The last property I had available was only vacant for 2 days between tenancies as they managed to relet it within the first day of it being advertised. I would highly recommend this agent to anyone who is looking for a personal and high quality service.
