GoogleBairstow Eves had my details when looking for a buy to let house in Lincoln. But I didn't buy with them. Recently, Joanne Smith called from the branch, offering a better lettings agency deal than the one I had. Personal tribute to her is that her professionalism and integrity is top notch such that within weeks I've come to trust her word on everything and it feels like we're working together. Calming and nice is the best description.

GoogleI am happy with this agent's service :) Edit: I've signed another contract with Bairstow Eves. I am very pleased with their services, from helping me to review houses for purchasing and finding a mortgage provider to managing my properties. They are very proactive and knowledgeable. They took action so speedily. I am so impressed with the staff named Jade Exton. You are so lucky to have an employee like her.

YellCould there be a worse company?
Utterly Shocking!After six months in our property we have only just got many of the jobs completed that were promised to be done before we moved in. These jobs were only done as I found all the board of directors personal emails and contacted them directly.To be clear, these were not massive jobs. Toilet leaking, bath taps not working, carpet not fitting and that’s the real easy stuff!We have constantly been lied too with emails to prove this and even when the issues were escalated to ‘Countrywide’, the main company. Apologise were given but still nothing down, hence the email to the directors.

GoogleA tenancy was agreed pending documents and a move in date agreed. A few days delay with documents but Morgan said that was fine and agreed a date to move in. Bairstow eves, I feel took money unfairly and I feel made a judgement on a tenant but have unfairly discriminated under DDA . I am furious, upset and perplexed all in one. Shocking service and I want money back, all monies spent on certificates, documentation and changing providers of services, furniture, removal men etc… and then not even the courtesy of a phone call but an email.

Google!EDIT! I unfortunately wrote a review that was 5 stars and very positive. This was before the long and frustrating process of buying and selling had taken place. I was pressured by the team to write one as their area manager, Lisa would be checking and they wanted to appear that they had done a good job - acting on good will, I did but I wish I hadn't. With the exception of their mortgage advisor, Morta, who was brilliant, working with the Bairstow Eves sales team was a frustrating experience. The sales team were never consistent with what they said and they had the best interests of the buyer at all times, meaning they had very little time for us and we were always the ones that had to compromise when they couldn't do they're job in order to move things forward. The perception was that there was very little selling done for our property and once they'd got those offers across, the work was done. Their conveyancing firm are also not worth using, they just add to the frustration with no communication, not listening to the requirements or acting in the best interests of their customer. I wouldn't recommend using Bairstow Eves. Take your time and look elsewhere.

GoogleNo hesitation in recommending Baistow Eves at Lincoln to sell a property in Lincolnshire. Service, from valuation to completion, was faultless, far better than expected. Customer service from the Lincoln office was just right, handling viewing appointments and offers skillfully, and communication was really good. They stayed in contact throughout, giving confidence that they were in our corner. I want to make special mention of Owen and Hannah, who are a credit to their organisation, demonstrating exemplary, friendly customer focused service, both showing fantastic communication skills.
