The way your sale and potential purchase were handled lacked the clear communication, urgency, and care that you should have received.
As a rule our clients should always be prioritised, and in this instance that didn’t happen. The disappointment of not securing the home you expected understandably left a lasting impact, and we recognise that this is at the root of your frustration. The delay in removing your property and sales board only compounded matters, and for that we hold our hands up completely.
We’ve been helping people move in this area for over 30 years, and during that time we’ve always believed that our role goes far beyond just selling houses. We live and work in these neighbourhoods ourselves, and we feel a deep responsibility to the people who trust us. Being part of the fabric of the local community means being straight, being accountable, and putting people first. In your case, we fell short of that, and we are genuinely sorry.
Your feedback has already been shared across our team and will shape how we train and how we work moving forward. We don’t take lightly the impact our service has on people’s lives, and while we can’t change your experience, we can and will learn from it.
