Seymours recently sold my house and the entire process took less than 3 months. It was faultless from start to finish. The burpham office work like a family. They are ALL genuine, kind, trustworthy & honest people all of whom I felt comfortable dealing with. Lucky Horsell getting Adam!

On moving ahead with our decision to rent a property through Seymours, time was of the essence. We found the back office support staff and process to be poor. Calls would go unanswered and promises of callbacks didn’t happen. Approaching a deadline to give notice or renew on our existing tenancy, we couldn’t rely on Seymours and therefore gave in. An appalling company to communicate with. I should have read Trustpilot reviews before going ahead. The negative reviews are absolutely correct.

The team were professional yet friendly and empathic. Very easy to deal with. We liked the fact that all the team came to familiarise themselves with the property and introduce themselves to us. Provided feedback on viewings apart from the odd occasion when unable to obtain this from the client. We felt that they were doing there best for us.
Getting to know the houses and the owners is a really important part of your property journey. Feedback and communication helps simplify the process and makes for a more pleasurable experience for us as well as you, and being empathetic is just a great team being human! The staff at Seymours Horsell are amazing. They know the local market very well and are able to price houses appropriately as they are based in the heart of Horsell. They are all friendly, accommodating and pragmatic in their approach to viewings etcThey are very proactive and made my move a more pleasant experience than it could have been.

Seymour’s in Ripley have made the process of selling a house through probate so much easier than it could have been. Joe, Ethan and Ben have always been available to answer my many questions. Ethan sold the house quickly and for the asking price. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking to sell a property.
We've been in Ripley for over 30 years and love the neighborhood, it's almost in our DNA! Selling or buying a house can be an emotional roller coaster for everyone, dealing with probate more so. TrustpilotA very poor letting agent
We have been repeatedly let down and misled. Several times they have insisted on fees being paid when some digging and checking of correspondence has revealed that we were not liable at all. They would appear almost at random after they relisted the property to conduct visits, on one occasion with absolutely no warning. I would rent from them only if I had no other choice, and I would photograph EVERYTHING, record every conversation, and get everything in writing. The only good thing I had to say is that problems were always fixed quickly, but I have recently discovered this was through a contractor! When we reported problems directly we were promised calls back which never happened. A real shame, as the landlord seemed lovely.

I found Seymours in Knaphill very good all round, from negotiating the contract, arranging viewings, down to the sale. I especially appreciated that there were no hidden fees and that the price I paid was for the selling price, as some estate agents slip in market price which is something you need to watch out for.I would definitely recommend Seymours in Knaphill.

I told them my retirement and they sorted me out with a diesel heater. When I collected my van the instalation was very professional and tidy. The guys there were very helpful and gave me all the info I needed.

Great experience with Seymours Estate Agents Ripley Surrey because they had a good range of properties to meet our wish list but, most importantly the prices were realistic in today’s market. Sam, was a great help to negotiate our offer with the seller and we are very happy with our purchase and cannot wait to move to our new property.

Godalming team is absolutely worthless. It takes days to get a response back, if you get any at all. They don't answer their phones, and then when you finally managed to speak with someone a week later you're unable to view or discuss anything current. I'm pretty sure I could hire a 12 year old to do a better job than these people. Based on what I know as a buyer, I would never ever use them as a seller.

Really put themselves out for you on every level. Best estate agent I’ve ever used in almost 40 years of being a home owner!First lot of buyers let us down but the second one was there within a fortnight. Also buying through them so an all round good experience.

Over a difficult 9 months during which the house we wished to purchase collapsed, due to the chain breaking twice we were supported by the experienced and professional advice of our Seymour’s Client Relationship Manager - Amy Sandys. The promptness of her responses and information supplied helped my wife and I weather our move thorough difficult times.
