I recently purchased my first house with my partner and had a fantastic experience with Seymours throughout my buying process. Jeff was great, showing us around multiple properties and providing a excellent knowledge of the area and the houses themselves. The bid process was seamless and sorted within days was ideal because we wanted to move quickly when we found the house we liked. Then the whole process thereafter was handled brilliantly by Sandra who responded to all queries promptly. Overall a great experience and we're so happy with the house - would definitely recommend!

Seymours Staines staff have been absolutely amazing at helping us get our very slow chain through to the point of exchange. Mark and Gary were excellent at the get-go with putting the property on the market, managing viewings and securing offers and the consequent sale. Alan Hackland has been the most calm, professional and thorough individual in his capacity as Sales Progressor. Quite frankly I dont think it would have all happened if Alan hadnt have kept the chain as well organised and informed. He was key to the whole process and I couldnt recommend Alan and the team at Seymours Staines more highly. Totally deserving of 5* ++!

Currently selling through Seymour’s Grayshott. What always feels like a nightmare experience has been more of a pleasant dream. Very professional, the whole team (Darren, James and Sarah) all came to view the house so they knew it well. Which was a positive for me having viewed houses where the agent couldn’t answers any questions as they ‘haven’t been in it before’. All initial negotiations, photographs etc went well. Had just three viewings and two offers almost straight away. Excellent communication keeping me up to date, I dealt mainly with James who is bright and enthusiastic.

GoogleRecently purchased a property in Deepcut. Jonny was excellent. This was a semi commercial purchase and did take some time and it was refreshing to have an agent that was not to pushy Chasing you every other day for the sale. I told him it may take some time. He listened rang once or twice to check on progress and that was it. Would love to Deal with Jonny again. Perhaps he is a new age agent but as far as my rating it has to be the full 5 stars.

Tadgh and the Seymours team have been amazing. My partner and I have been looking to buy our first home and the Seymours have helped us every step of the way. The whole team are very friendly, responsive and happy to help. We mostly interacted with Tadgh who was fantastic. He was easy to contact, supportive, and answered any questions we had. It took us a couple of months and some failed offers to finally find a property. Over this time the team arranged a lot of viewings for us, but it never seemed like too much trouble for them and they made the whole process of looking for a home as stress free and pleasant as possible. I cannot thank Tadgh and the Seymours team enough for being so patient, determined and persistent when it came to finding us a home we loved. I would happily recommend Seymours to anyone and would definitely use them again in the future.

Our experience with Seymours has been nothing but positive. This was the first time we were looking for a property as a couple, and they shortlisted great options for us to view. The team did their "homework" before booking viewings by finding out as much information on the property as possible. This meant viewers got immediate answers to their questions. Recently moved to Guildford and purchased a property through Seymours and had a terrible experience. Poor communication skills and incompetent. Would avoid buying and selling. Issues experienced - Not showing up for viewings. Changing view times on the day. Agreed to pick up the keys in the afternoon after calling the office and was then told the previous owners are still in the property after I arrived. My 6 month old was in a lot of discomfort sitting in the car for hours. On a good note, the Sales Progressor Clive was very helpful and provided regular updates.

As first time buyers, we could not recommend Seymour’s enough! We found our first family home through them in Guildford. All staff we dealt with at the Burpham branch were so helpful and incredibly considerate and patient. When things weren’t going quite to plan, we found their support invaluable. They were quick to respond and also assisted in moving the sale forward by communicating well with all parties involved. A special mention for Alex and Adam!Thanks again for being friendly, approachable and supportive in what can be a bit of a stressful circumstance at times!We are incredibly happy to finally be in our very own family home, after many years of hard work and saving whilst negotiating the crazy rental market. The guys at Seymour’s Knaphill (Jeff, Anthony, Ian and Toby) worked exceptionally hard to sell our property at the price we wanted. It was a difficult market for selling in 2023-24 but they managed to bring in many viewings (average 1-2 per week) and 4 offers from 4 different prospective buyers before we agreed on the sale. This was really good volume in a “difficult” market. We were really impressed and happy that they understood the market as well as our wants and needs. The 1% fee is also reasonable. I would definitely recommend Seymour’s Knaphill and would certainly use them again!
We're locals to Knaphill so we really know what buyers need this helps to match them to the right homes. It's great to be able to share this local knowledge and be apart of each journey. Thanks for the comments Kathryn.
