GoogleSeveral complications arose during my purchase which could easily have derailed it completely. The Chancellors agent, Holly Valentine, demonstrated considerable tenacity together with excellent communication and negotiation skills to keep everything on track. The only reason I'm not awarding 5 stars is that when Holly was away for a few weeks I had no single point of contact at Chancellors and things stalled as a result; this was all sorted on her return.

GoogleDO NOT USE!!! Rubbish… overprice your house then do nothing to sell it. Had to complain to directors to get any attention. Didn’t even change the sign to sold!! Avoid!! Many viewings unplanned, late and uninformed. Further to your reply…. I’ve already emailed that address prior to this post and you’ve still failed to deliver service… replying to overcome a negative response failed…

GoogleBen, Richard and Holly were great to deal with during the sale of my late fathers property. Having never done something like this before, they really helped me understand the process and guide me through it, and were prompt to answer any questions I had, and quick to respond with new viewings and offers when the first buyer fell through. Would recommend them to anyone in the area thinking of selling or buying.

GoogleWe have bought and sold property via Chancellors of Lightwater. Both experiences with them were superb. Our recent Sale was through an Open Day organised and marketed by Holly. The first family to view our house made an offer and went on to purchase it. The entire process was very professional and efficient - we completed and moved within 3 months. We would highly recommend.

GoogleUnprofessional outfit that lies to its customers.Tried selling my property with these guys who faked market interest and also fabricated viewings. When I requested to be present at one such viewing - strangely the interested party didn't show up. This was following a gut feeling by me that something wasn't right. After 6 months of complete juvenile flannel - I moved to Carsons, also in the village, and they sold within a month. Save yourself a ton of childish games and avoid these monkeys.NegativeProfessionalism, Value

GoogleBEWARE of their absolutely ludicrous contracts when selling, we were first time sellers have been trapped in for the last 6 months with a hidden extra 28 days bonus. - A bad experience from start to finish ranging from bookings continually not showing up, to the estate agents bringing the wrong keys and unable to even get in. Amateur at best and a steep learning curve.

GoogleQuite literally the worst estate agent I have dealt with, properties advertised are not for sale, trying to book a viewing is near on impossible, no one ever calls you back. I give up on Chancellors and will buy a property through another estate agent
