Disgusting creatures, fake smiles and lies, first time sellers, chancellors have tried to trap us with a sole selling rights contract. When I attempted to amend the contact within my 14 day cooling off period I was purposely ignored. Over valued the house and wasted every appointment they made. Absolute amateurs, deceitful horrible humans.

Holly and Scott (Mortgage Advisor) have made my home purchase such a positive experience. I would not hesitate to recommend either of them to anyone looking to buy in the area. Thank you both so much! Nothing was ever too much trouble. I didn't take Holly's advice to use Chancellors in-house/recommended solicitors and regret this - please use them if you are able to (despite being a little more expensive you will not be disappointed and the service will be second to none).

I sold my house in Lightwater 4 years ago and have just sold my mother's house, both through Chancellors and would never consider using anyone else. They are efficient, trustworthy, and keep you up to date throughout the whole process. Holly and Ben are an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would thoroughly recommend them if you are selling your property. They have made the experience far less stressful for me which is always a bonus when selling a house! Try them first, you won't be disappointed!

An excellent experience. I had not bought or sold a house for 50 years during which time so many things had changed that I was almost a beginner. I had continuous and gentle help from the staff at Lightwater, especially, from Mr. Ben Granville who was always cheerful (when I was not! Apologies!) and who tactfully steered me round an awkward (alleged) potential buyer and very quickly found me another buyer who has now bought my house. I had previously sounded out other estate agents in my area, but Chancellors seemed to have the most professional and "clued up" approach. I would have no qualms about recommending them to any other person who wished to sell their house

Sale of property in LIghtwater Holly Valentine from the Lightwater branch of Chancellors has been extremely helpful throughout the process of selling our house being first time sellers! Once we had our offer and Redecca Chen took over, she was very helpful in making sure we were kept updated. We would definitely recommend using them going forward, we bought our house through them and sold through them and both times we had an excellent and consistent service.
