Simply outstanding. We are ex-pats living in the USA and decided earlier this year to sell our property in Fradley. Andy, Jake, and Helen were friendly, helpful, attentive, and responsive at all times. From the second we put the house on the market, through to completion we couldn't have asked for better service, especially considering the additional complications of us being overseas and 5hrs behind the UK. Things were truly put to the test when a leak was discovered prior to exchanging. Andy personally took the lead in managing this, helping us to arrange the repairs and keeping us and the buyers constantly updated. This situation could potentially have put the sale at risk of falling through but Andy's assistance played a significant role in making sure that didn't happen.
