GoogleI have just completed the sale of a property in lichfield with Andrew Downing Booth Estate agents. I have have used other estate agents in the Lichfield area and in the south of the country and I can honestly say Andrew was easily the best I’ve used. It was a particularly complicated sale due to covid19 halting proceedings at a vital time but Andrew kept in touch and was excellent throughout. GoogleAndrew Downing Booth has been the best estate agent that we dealt with in Lichfield. They sold our house very quickly (2,5 weeks) and kept us updated regularly. We had a very long chain, which delayed the process of moving out and moving into our new house but they have done their best to work with all the involved parties. Thank you all.

He worked round the clock keeping us up to date and couldn't do more to help.
