Would definitely recommend these guys!! We have just bought our first house through them and the communication has been amazing from them. they communicate anything and everything. there have been a couple of issues with communication from Solicitors to us, but I have phoned theses guys up and they have managed to get the answered needed. Simply outstanding. We are ex-pats living in the USA and decided earlier this year to sell our property in Fradley. Andy, Jake, and Helen were friendly, helpful, attentive, and responsive at all times. From the second we put the house on the market, through to completion we couldn't have asked for better service, especially considering the additional complications of us being overseas and 5hrs behind the UK. Things were truly put to the test when a leak was discovered prior to exchanging. Andy personally took the lead in managing this, helping us to arrange the repairs and keeping us and the buyers constantly updated. This situation could potentially have put the sale at risk of falling through but Andy's assistance played a significant role in making sure that didn't happen. We ended up selling and buying through Andy and In what was at times a stressful chain, The teams continual chasing and communication made life so much easier for us. They did all the work of taking photos and listing the property online as well as booking and handling all viewings, which was a huge weight off my mind.
