We listed our property with Andrew Downing Booth Estate Agents in January 2026. From our initial enquiry to the listing going live Andrew was prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable of the area and we decided to list with them on a dual basis. Within 2 weeks of the property going live we had 10+ viewings booked and Karen at the Aldridge branch was very proactive with any enquiries and communication excelled at every touch point! Couldn't have asked for anything more from an estate agent. We had a Sunday viewing and the prospective buyers were struggling to find the place due to road closures, they managed to make contact with Andrew on a Sunday who then in turn kept me updated. Wow - how many estate agents are contactable on a Sunday - would recommend to anyone looking to sell their property!

We always had the impression that all of the team at Andrew Downing Booth were genuinely interested in making a potentially stressful time as positive and straightforward as possible. During the whole process of valuation (spot on), marketing the property (the photography was superb), selling it (only serious buyers came for viewings) and post sale follow up, including frequent follow up with solicitors, was faultless. The same applied to our purchase. We cannot think of a single occasion when we didn’t receive a call back when promised, so ADB are efficient as well as courteous. All of the staff were excellent, but a special word must go to Erin, who was brilliant throughout. Everything we had hoped for and lots more…we would absolutely recommend.

We completed the sale of our property in Stafford on Friday. ADB were recommended to us and it quickly became obvious why! Andrew himself gave me some priceless tips on the pitfalls of buying and was always just a phone call away. Helen, Grace, Jake and the team were fantastic with our sale, taking the keys and doing our viewings while we were out at work. They sold it within weeks only for our buyer to pull out. ADB were there to pick up our spirits and soon had it sold again for our chosen value. What really shone through was how much all at ADB cared for us and how clearly invested they are in their clients happiness. Believe me it is not always like this. Our sellers Estate agent did one viewing, then continually failed to pass on our questions to him. They didn't return his calls and didn't even speak to him on the day of completion! If we hadn't swapped numbers with our seller, they would have lost the sale for him. In the end they took a massive fee for no effort at all! His experience was in stark contrast to ours with ADB. I shall be writing their review next! Whether selling or buying, give Andrew Downing Booth a call! They make what can be one of the most stressful things you can ever do pretty damn pleasant! Take my recommendation knowing it could be made so much worse. Thanks so much for everything ADB!

From the initial valuation to the final completed sale , these guys were excellent. The photographs of our property were first class, as was communication during the process of selling the property. We were kept informed via email and phone calls throughout the whole process, including feedback from potential buyers . Whilst the property sale did fall through a couple of times , (not the agents fault) which was stressful and disheartening. These guys gave us good advice. They were easily accessible and quick to take and answer any questions we had. Whilst this was all done in a very professional manner it was also very friendly and easy going, making the whole process a pleasure. Would definitely recommend them to anyone selling a property.

Andrew Downing Booth have been, hands down, the best agent we've ever worked with. They handled our sale and purchase from start to finish to an exceptional standard and with superb customer service throughout. From the beginning, Andrew himself came out to value our house and provided great advice and sound judgement in selecting a price to list. The photos and sales brochure created were brilliant and clearly did the trick as it was sold within a few days. We then continued dealing with them throughout our sale and purchase and Helen and Jake were always on hand to support. They provided timely updates and weren't afraid to get stuck in when required to ensure things went along swiftly. Our sale and our purchase both had complications (due only to the properties themselves) and they navigated it all brilliantly. When the solicitors in the chain weren't doing what they should, it was ADB's team who picked things up and coordinated to get it moving again.
