Emails, phone calls and my many questions and queries were answered promptly and professionally. Her customer service is second to none. My only regret is that I didn't switch to Winkworth sooner. GoogleMy fiancée and I were looking for a new place to call home following our wedding in July and Winkworth have been able to find us such a great place! Kwesi and Hannah were the agents that helped us and they’ve been so supportive throughout the process. They answered all our queries in a clear and timely manner and have been a pleasure to work with. They’re both excellent professionals who have made finding a new home and stress free experience. As a result I’d recommend them and Winkworth to whoever’s considering them as an estate agent to find a place to live!

GoogleI have had some extremely terrible experiences with estate agents over the years (Ludlow Thompson...) BUT Winkworth have been great, especially Ursula - she's been incredibly on the ball, replies swiftly, is quick to get things arranged and organised and always a pleasure to be in contact with. I would recommend Winkworth, especially the New Cross branch.

Complete waste of time. Was trying to rent a flat through Winkworth and was hounded by the agent for an offer. Put the offer in and turned down other flats. Over a week later was told to go look elsewhere. Highly unprofessional and wouldn't use it recommend them for renters.

Utter waste of time and energy. Tried three times to book a valuation. First time yes will confirm. No confirmation. Called again two days later. held on for a few ,inutes then cut off. Tried again now its no the valuer will not be in on the day previously arranged.
