They sent me a letter in the mail asking to sell my property but didn’t pay the full postage. I had to pay £2 so this unknown letter could be delivered just to find out they’re trying to sell to me. When I do sell my property I won’t be going here if they aren’t competent enough to add correct postage to a letter

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this agency. It has now been over a month since I moved out of the property, and I have still received no clear response regarding the return of my deposit. Despite repeated attempts to obtain an update, communication has been poor and unhelpful. The most concerning aspect is that the agency’s advice has simply been to hire a solicitor in the hope that this might put pressure on the landlord. Rather than actively assisting in resolving the issue, they appear to have shifted the responsibility and cost onto the tenant. A letting agency should act professionally, communicate effectively, and help facilitate a fair and timely resolution of deposit matters. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience. I would advise prospective tenants to think carefully before using this agency.

Poor. Data protection ignored, no-show for viewing appointment.

Very friendly contact via email with Abbie Greisman. My explicit request not to use my data for any marketing purposes was simply ignored though. We send agreed on a date for a viewing, for which I received an appointment reminder on 13/07. But nobody showed up at the property, and the error wasn't even acknowledged; Abbie referred to a much earlier email exchange from 09/07 though, suggesting that it was all our fault. Poor.

I don’t think I’ve ever encountered an estate agent like this who genuinely create barriers in speaking with potential clients. I asked to speak to a sales manager or someone who knows something about selling property and it was extremely difficult to find anyone knowledgeable and even when there was it was obvious the sales director was reluctant to speak with anyone. Truly mind-boggling how this branch is still running a business. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I asked advice from Gibson (letting department manager) regarding good area to buy a house to let and what kind of property I should buy. . Left my tenant with no hot water for 6 months!! Only found out after routine property inspection. Shocking attitude from the property management team, refusal to take responsibility. Worst, they just don't care. Avoid this Winkworth office at all cost if you are landord or tenant.
