GoogleRobinson Jackson Sydenham branch assisted me with purchasing my first home. The attention to detail and professionalism shown by all throughout the entire process was simply outstanding. Their response times were rapid, the content of their responses was informative and meticulous and the overall level of customer service was up there with the best I have received. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to find solutions to accommodate my situation. I will certainly be using their services again in the future and cannot recommend them and thank them enough. I would also like to give individual shoutouts to Byron and Saphire, both of whom I dealt with frequently and not once had anything other than a positive experience.

Swanley BranchFantastic experience selling our house with R&J Swanley. Michelle and Matt done everything they could possibly do to get the house on the market and sold as quickly as possible (after a disastrous 15 month hellish, waste of time with Wards - Eynsford, that cost us lots of time & £30,000). Nothing was too much for them and their sales progresser Terri was a credit to them. She took calls daily from me and constantly chased solicitors etc as she was also aware of what we had been through. I can't recommend them enough. We made a stupid mistake and went with the wrong agency previously, if only we chose them first we'd be £30,000 better off and with less wrinkles and grey hairs.... Thankyou R&J from some very satisfied customers : )

GoogleWe recently sold our home through Robinson Jackson and they have been fantastic from start to completion. Very professional and friendly, no question or query was too small for them. They offer viewings on Sundays which worked in our favour and I don't know of any other agents that do this. The sales progressor team kept us informed of everything going on between solicitors and it all went smoothly. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thank you!

Went to purchase a house first time told I was a preferred buyer then suddenly seller went with someone else the estate agents involved were not transparent to the point of lying on occasions I do not recommend this company they have a bad reputation amongst other agents

Absolutely fantastic estate agents! They are very much seller first agents and even supported the buyers well to help it all run smoothly. The best estate agents we've ever had. John Speer even supported us in our buying of a house with another estate agent. If you want an estate agent who looks after you and offers fair pricing and is the main reason the process even went through as they chased everyone (removed so much hassle) would highly recommend?

GoogleWe sold our property through Robinson Jackson and found them to be excellent. They secured a good price for us and were informative from the sales process through to exchange. As with any sale, a few complications arose but these were dealt with by the Sales Progressor in an understanding and supportive manner. The after sales experience was excellent with fantastic communication.

We had an extremely disappointing experience with Robinson Michael Jackson in Strood, particularly with Nancey Liddle. The service we received was the worst we've ever encountered. We viewed approximately 10 properties with them, and almost every morning before the viewing, they would call to reschedule, often neglecting to update their system. Sometimes, this resulted in us traveling miles for viewings only to find out they hadn't been scheduled on their system, wasting our time and resources. We mentioned to the Nancey that we’re frustrated that our viewings are constantly being rescheduled and she said that there’s no record of reschedulings on their system. I had to provide screenshot text messages evidence where they had rescheduled multiple times but failed to make a record of it. Nancey's approach throughout was very rude, unprofessional, and manipulative. She pressured us into making a much higher offer than the asking price. When we felt uncomfortable the day after and wanted to view another property to ensure we weren’t getting the short end of the stick as first-time buyers, she told us that we would be causing emotional distress to the elderly couple whose property we had put the offer on. She shouted at us on the phone despite us remaining calm throughout. We ended up pulling out due to such poor customer service.We would not recommend Robinson Michael Jackson Strood to anyone seeking a smooth and professional property transaction. The lack of reliable communication and professional integrity was deeply disappointing.

GoogleI would highly recommend Robinson Jackson. We thought long and hard about whether to use a virtual or a bricks and mortar agent to sell our house. The price differential is significant. However, it was clear the virtual agent didn't have the local market knowledge that Robinson Jackson did. I would single out Saphire, the sales progressor, for a special mention. She is the unsung hero: proactive, knowledgeable and relentless in chasing and trying to move things along and also facilitating tricky discussions. I wouldn't want her job, but she does it very well.PositiveProfessionalism

Anyone that’s considering renting with this estate agent please be very careful they will do anything to keep your deposit when your tenancy ends, they are very dishonest. Be very vigilant and make note of everything which is damaged within the property when you first move in and be sure to email them about this, no matter how small you may think the damage is, even a scratch on the wall inform them as soon as possible, as they will bill you with all sorts of damages in order to retain you whole deposit if possible.

Each step of the way we were supported, she was always available to explain the process and to be honest without her, the stress of moving would have been considerably higher. The selling of our property was swift so the sales team are also efficient. Would highly recommend this estate agents.

Very unprofessional experience. A viewing was agreed upon and confirmed on the same day, but no one showed up. Multiple phone calls went unanswered, and emails were ignored. No explanation was ever provided.
