If I could give 10 stars I would My total experience with Robinson Jackson, Sydenham and Lee offices has been utterly fantastic. The team selling my flat could not have worked harder. Byron and Saphire pulled all the stops out. They were resourceful, more than helpful, efficient and always very pleasant. My sincere thanks to them for all their efforts. When I decided to rent it out the Lettings team, again, were exactly the same, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and went out of their way to make my experience as easy as possible. Many thanks to Chloe, Fel, Hollie and Xanthe. They took away my stress and were always available and lovely to deal with. I cannot recommend them highly enough. KC very satisfied customer

Really happy I used Robinson Jackson. I had difficulty selling my property as I lost a buyer, but RJ quickly started viewings again with a decent volume of appointments and quickly found another buyer who went on to complete. Special mention to Simon Dell whose experience and skill was able to iron out issues which came up, that could of cost me a sale if they were handled by someone less experienced.

*Updated 20/12/2024* I am adding to this review as we have just exchanged on the sale of our flat. We purchased our flat from Robinson Jackson in 2018, and went back to them to sell in 2022. For various reasons the sale in 2022 fell through, but all throughout that time, Robinson Jackson were supportive and were able to guide us through the process with ease. We have now just exchanged on our flat sale, and cannot recommend these guys enough. Their confidence/expertise in selling, and sales progression is so reassuring. Saphire, who was our Sales Progressor, gave us regular updates on how the sale was going and really impressed us with her advice and expertise. We felt comfortable taking her advice at each stage. She really went above and beyond. I have heard people talk a lot about how pushy Estate Agents can be, and can honestly say that we never felt pushed/pressured at any point during this process. Massive shout out to the whole team - thanks so much for everything! 2018: A huge thank you to all of the Robinson & Jackson staff in Sydenham. I couldn't recommend them enough. As first time buyers they made our experience so smooth and were just been brilliant from start to finish. My wife and I have just bought our house and simultaneously sold our share of a shared ownership flat with Robinson Jackson Sydenham. Many thanks to Simon and Byron who were really proactive in helping us find our new place but also in finding a buyer for our shared ownership % (which has certain specific income requirements to be eligible for). Saphire then did an amazing job over a number of months as progress was slow (entirely down to our housing association). We got there eventually, and we're really grateful for her regular updates, assistance, and guidance through the process. Very good services from start to finish with the Sydenham office. We have sold our flat through Robinson Jackson and would recommend it to anyone. Simon & Byron have been great on the sale side (valuation, marketing, arranging visits, etc). Both very professional and organised. Once we found our buyers, Saphire took over our sale to ensure it gets through to completion smoothly. Our situation has been complex (in the middle of a chain with various legal hurdles along the way) and Saphire has been an incredible support and all-star troubleshooter until the last day. Excellent estate agents

We recently bought a house through the Belvedere branch of Robinson Jackson. The sales team were very accommodating, showing and reshowing the house to us and their sales negotiators, especially Charlie Greenway, were excellent at promptly answering all our questions (even the possibility daft ones). It was a smoth transaction and tgey even negotiated to move up the move-in date by a few weekd. Overall, I would highly recommend Robinson Jackson as estate agents.

The whole process was good, from inception Byron provided me all the key information i required and arranged for photos and quick listing of the property on all major online platforms. Throughout the viewing to offer point Byron and Simon were very supportive to both myself and the buyers making sure each parties needs were managed. At the point an offer was agreed Saphire the branch sales progressor managed the process all the way to completion.
