What a fantastic company to deal with, they couldn't have helped any more if they tried and with such a difficult sale (probate sale) Chris Perkins went above and beyond the call of duty, even working on it whilst on holiday. Doing everything he could and holding ours hands every step of the way. If i could score higher than a 5 then I would have. I highly recommend this Estate Agent

Worst ever service I have received from any organisation. Pure incompetence, to say the least. Rented a property with them and at move in, property was at best filthy. This was after they lied during the viewing that the property would be painted and cleaned. Heating in the home not working. Made them aware that I have 3 children with me at the time, they didn’t even care. Don’t use them if you don’t want heartache. Regrets all the way. Never been so stressed in my life.

GoogleIf you are going to sell your house, do yourself a huge favour and use Robinson Jackson. We sold our property in Penge via them after getting a few estate agents to view our property. Jay was our agent and from the first moment he stepped through the door we knew that we were in safe hands. Little things make a very big difference, for example, Robinson Jackson are the only agents that are open on Sunday and weekday evening. This makes a huge difference when prospective buyers are trying to organise viewings. They also have the fantastic Saphire as their sales negotiator. We have had a tricky sale with solicitors further down our chain, but knowing we had Saphire in our corner, making the calls and sending emails to the right people at the right time made us feel in very safe hands. By far the best agents I have ever used. If I was to move again in the area I would have no reservation about using them again. 5 Stars isn't enough stars, they deserve at least 10 out of 5

GoogleI have just exchanged contracts on my £1.1m house. This is a difficult market in this price-range but Robinson Jackson, and in particular Assistant Manager Jay Francis ,have been remarkable. Where another local estate agent had failed to get me ANY offers over 6 months, Jay provided consistently -quality viewings and a number of strong offers as well as solid advice and truly outstanding communication. Robinson Jackson have a dedicated staff member to progress the sale; it was great to be able to contact the amazing Saphire King-Harris at any time to get an update or to join forces to get the process moving. Again, Saphire's communication was excellent; it was always a pleasure to speak to her. I have already recommended Jay to neighbours looking to move and would not hesitate to refer any serious seller to Jay, Saphire and the team at Robinson Jackson in Sydenham.

From the first valuation with Rob, through to the viewings with Byron and Jay, and the progressing service with Saphire , we have been extremely happy with their service throughout. We found them all to be very professional, knowledgeable about the local market and hard working. Rob, Byron and Jay were very dedicated to getting us the right buyers and finding us our new home. When buying my first house recently, the house was being sold via the Robinson Jackson branch in Gillingham. Although there were ups and downs, and delays (not because of them, because of my solicitors), the sales progressor: Kay Young, was absolutely amazing. She is honestly a credit to the company. She always kept me in the loop, did the most that she could for me and to get updates for me, and just went above and beyond! I would highly recommend this estate agents, and especially Kay. She is a gem and they should be lucky to have her!

Like - Near the end I liked the way Jo Rossiter was following up and assisting in the same. This made the process efficient.Dislike - If someone is temporarily filling in for the person dealing with the sale then that person should be upto speed with all the information related to the customer such as exchange of emails, conversations etc. that has happened till that time. It saves the customer from having to explain it again.

Robinson Jackson have been a very organized and approachable estate agent, with a wide variety of properties in their portfolio. They have worked hard to answer my many questions on multiple properties I was looking into. Isabelle, was also very professional and adaptable in organizing viewings, answering questions during the viewings and following up afterwards to address the concerns of both buyer and seller.
