Exceptional Service from Robinson Jackson - Highly Recommended! We recently completed the sale of our flat in Lower Sydenham and are incredibly pleased with the service we received from Robinson Jackson. Before we switched to them, we had worked with a few other agents in the area who unfortunately didn’t deliver in terms of communication or securing viewings. Then we decided to try Robinson Jackson, and we’re so glad we did! Byron was our main point of contact during the viewings and negotiations, and he was fantastic. He kept us and our tenants fully informed at every stage, ensuring we knew exactly what was happening. On the first weekend, they managed to arrange 10 viewings in a single day, which led to an offer we were happy to accept. After the offer was made, we were handed over to Saphire, who was in charge of progressing the sale through to completion. Saphire was absolutely brilliant. The conveyancing process took 5 months, during which we encountered a number of hurdles. However, Saphire was incredibly proactive in keeping everything moving. She chased lawyers, followed up with the buyer, and kept us updated every step of the way. Her efforts were absolutely crucial, and without her, I’m sure the process would have taken an additional 1-2 months. A huge thank you to the entire Robinson Jackson team, especially Simon, Byron, and Saphire, for their dedication and professionalism. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

First time buyer great experience!

Bought my first house from Robinson Jackson Gravesend branch. I cannot fault them in their help and support during the time of the buying process. Buying a house is stressful enough as a first time buyer but this branch help give me clear instructions in each step of the process. It did not help as house was part of a 4 part chain but i received calls weekly and emails to help reassure me the process was still being followed through. Also were prompt with answering any queries i had and if i was unsure what would happen next, they clearly explained the process. Special thanks to Tammy. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond in every possible way. Tammy was incredibly responsive, always available to answer our questions, and kept us in the loop at every stage of the process. Even went above and beyond chasing documents with our solicitor and buyers solicitor to ensure the sale was proceeding. Tammy’s commitment and dedication are unmatched, she truly had our best interests at heart and made us feel like her top priority. Even near to exchange we had booked a holiday and was worried about delays as it was already delayed by the 3rd party in the chain. Tammy gave clear and good advice on what to do and what to expect during completion so we could go on holiday relaxed and reassured it would all go ahead. If you’re looking for an agent who is reliable, knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile, I can’t recommend Tammy highly enough. I would like to mention her colleagues who also helped during the process such as Nicola and Jo who also helped sending updates and moving the process along.They even held the keys for me till i came back from Holiday and promptly handed them over so we could move in. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future whether it would be selling or buying.

Another great experience with Robinson Jackson after selling our 2-bed flat with them in Forest Hill late last year, Jay was very enthusiastic when we initially met with him in Summer 2021 and kept in-touch until we were ready to go to in the Autumn. There was clear strategy to how our flat was marketed and just two busy viewing weekends later (we kept ourselves and our toddlers well out of the way!) the team had secured us a range of offers in and around asking price. Jay was able to discuss each one and gave his opinion on the pros and cons. He even helped us to secure our purchase to ensure a smooth process for both us and our buyers. Saphire was very helpful in keeping things moving once we had agreed and made sure that we got everything over the line in February 2022. The progression service that Robinson Jackson offer has been key is a huge help both times we have sold with them. Highly recommend.

Poor communication and luck of EMPATHY

I was looking for a property in Kent and i came across this company online, looked through what was available and in my price range , i called in and i was told i would be contacted back to send in my DIP. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life. I feel like they wanted to dictate what i bought or the property was never available. The tone one of the agents used was argumentative and authoritative. I.e. asking us why we were moving to Kent ETC at which i responded it was our choice . Then again i thought , how do you ask someone you are selling property to that kind of question? It just didn't seem right so i did some digging and some research on here and I'm not surprised. I have removed them from my search engine , no history , nothing, i don't wanna deal with them, it's my money and house i spend it and on what property and where is my business otherwise these people are a joke of time wasters. good luck to the lucky ones that acquired good services from them and all the best to whoever is dealing with them. We will be looking and buying somewhere else. Thanks.

A key part of the estate agent's service is the sales progressor - I would caution against choosing a firm that does not have someone dedicated to this. Easy and clear process

Viewings with Jay were a joy and his no pressure approach was appreciated when compared with other local agents. He was also great at keeping us posted through the offer process once we'd found our amazing flat. Having our offer accepted we then moved forwards with the help of mortgage advisor Mohamed (fairstone) and progressor Saphire. When March hit and the world got turned upside down they were the only two parties in our chain that kept us on track and I believe a large part to why I write this happily from our new home. I would like to say a massive thank you to the entire team at Robinson Jackson in Sydenham. They are a brilliant team and were great in their handling of both my sale and purchase. Jay and Byron in particular were so helpful and polite in organising viewings and negotiations on my behalf. They were never pushy or forceful and always professional and well mannered (unlike many other agents i had dealt with before). Worst rental service ever!

Worst ever service I have received from any organisation. Pure incompetence, to say the least. Rented a property with them and at move in, property was at best filthy. This was after they lied during the viewing that the property would be painted and cleaned. Heating in the home not working. Made them aware that I have 3 children with me at the time, they didn’t even care. Don’t use them if you don’t want heartache. Regrets all the way. Never been so stressed in my life.

If you are going to sell your house, do yourself a huge favour and use Robinson Jackson. We sold our property in Penge via them after getting a few estate agents to view our property. Jay was our agent and from the first moment he stepped through the door we knew that we were in safe hands. Little things make a very big difference, for example, Robinson Jackson are the only agents that are open on Sunday and weekday evening. This makes a huge difference when prospective buyers are trying to organise viewings. They also have the fantastic Saphire as their sales negotiator. We have had a tricky sale with solicitors further down our chain, but knowing we had Saphire in our corner, making the calls and sending emails to the right people at the right time made us feel in very safe hands. By far the best agents I have ever used. If I was to move again in the area I would have no reservation about using them again. 5 Stars isn't enough stars, they deserve at least 10 out of 5

I have just exchanged contracts on my £1.1m house. This is a difficult market in this price-range but Robinson Jackson, and in particular Assistant Manager Jay Francis ,have been remarkable. Where another local estate agent had failed to get me ANY offers over 6 months, Jay provided consistently -quality viewings and a number of strong offers as well as solid advice and truly outstanding communication.
