They failed to determine that the property they were selling had a Japanese knotweed issue costing us time and money. We were constantly harassed for updates even after we had given them, then threatened with the seller choosing another bidder. I will never go near this Estate Agent again.

GoogleMe and my patner went to visit a property and while we were there the current renter was very rude and also pushed the agent, Adrian towards the door as he was trying to cook dinner and they were very forceful in getting us out when they were fully aware of us coming to visit at the time 7.30. We were very surprised he acted this way but we apologised on our behalf and left. We do not want the property but it was very nice of what we saw. We just wanted to let everyone know that it was not the agent who was rude as the current rentee has said in a previous review it was actually Adrian.
