GoogleI found my current residence through Peter James, and have had the property managed by them since. Such fantastic agents! Everyone at the office is super friendly and helpful, they really go above and beyond for their tenants. The response time is always really quick, they make everything really easy and seamless, and in my 5+ years of renting - they have been by far the best experience I have had with a property manager/landlord. Couldn't recommend enough!

I can highly recommend Dexters, especially the very helpful staff member (Tyler Dennis) who was very proactive and helpful in catering to my property preferences. Received really proactive support from Christian Pengelly, who saved me a huge cost for gas consumption. I didn't know about the over billing and was about to pay. I have recently reported a couple of issues and the property managers have responded quickly and sorted them out within a reasonable time. Staff working in the property management team and the contractors have been so far helpful, professional and friendly. One suggestion for improvemenr: having a dedicated phone line or chat, or access to an online form to report non-emergency issues.
