The worst property agent in existence

This is the worst property agent I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Even though I left their property in the best state possible this company has attempted to withhold my deposit and try to get their tenants to pay for redecoration costs despite all issues coming from fair wear and tear during a pandemic. If you value your hard earned money and want your value for money, Dexters is not it.

In selling my property, I had a choice of agents in New Cross, and at first there appeared to be little to choose between them. I am very glad I chose Peter James. The valuation was honest and the team worked hard to get everything done as quickly as possible. Viewings started within three days; a buyer was found within a week. The team are obviously experienced and able, polite and professional, yet still never too busy to talk, and quick to call back if they miss your call.
