After looking for many months and dealing with a lot of estate agents, most of them not any good (not naming names), I was relieved to have been dealt with by Peter, Jamie and Jordan at the Lee branch. Jamie in particular was great, he really looked after me, kept me up to date with new properties which fit my criteria rather than wasting my time with overpriced, stale properties. It was refreshing to deal with him and it didn’t take long for me to find a property. They have always been available to answer any questions and give me advice and I have never had to chase them for information whilst the sale is going through. I would highly recommend this branch. My partner and I had a wonderful experience renting in New Cross with Peter James Estates. Issues ranging from a leaking tap to a faulty boiler were fixed quickly (within a matter of days) and with minimal inconvenience to ourselves. Our Property Manager, Lydia Harrison, always seemed very happy to help and was very quick to respond to our emails. We really felt like Peter James had our best interests at heart and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the area!
