When we purchased our flat four years ago, Peter James were the agents appointed by the vendor. We had such a great experiance with them, that we decided to appoint them for the sale of the flat four years later. I'm now a tenant with Peter James, having moved in a few days ago. My first point of contact, Billy, was fantastic and went above and beyond to secure the tenancy for me. I was then transferred over to Jodi who was amazing from start to finish while she sorted the tenancy agreement out for me, can't fault her at all. I also spoke to Michelle and Jack during this process who were great and really responsive as well whenever I needed them. Also, upon receiving my tenancy, Debby had done a very thorough and detailed inventory. The flat itself has been very looked after and painted and decorated nicely. There are no safety issues and defects. The property is well managed. I've read past reviews and was surprised as I haven't had major problems with Peter James, my process wasn't easy due to my own circumstances, but they've never given me any major issues. Unfortunately, I only gave it one less star as sometimes communication has been ignored and had to chase up things a few times. Overall, I would recommend these guys to everyone. Thanks to all at Peter James :)

It has been a little more than a year that I have been renting with Dexters. The team at Teddington is extremely helpful, professional, and accommodative. The excellent service provided by the team including Marc Hedges, Sean Noble, Joshua Evans, and Sophie Yeates over the last one year has really made my tenancy a pleasant experience. The property management team, led by Bethany Stewart, is also extremely good and you can expect to get any household repairs required in your rented property sorted very quickly. I'd definitely recommend Dexters for all your property sales and lettings related help and advice.

A friend has been waiting three weeks for central heating to be restored. His wife is nursing a four month old in a freezing flat. There is mould growing in the flat and the baby has developed a cough. Subcontractors and Dexters are unable to establish a timeframe to get adequate heating working again. Snow is forecast…..

Worst estate agency

Worst estate agency, was a nightmare living in 121A Darwin Road. No sound proof, creaky floors, history of neighbours fighting bcoz of it. Being let out inspite of all this. Property Manager never replies back to emails. No action taken even after 9 months. Boiler was broken from almost a month and lived without heating or hot water. Finally gave up and moved out. Not a word of apology from them, they are chasing now regarding contract.
