Andrew from Leybrooks goes the extra mile! Andrew was actually the estate agent for the people we were buying off and due to us selling a shared to buy property, we had to go through a lot of extra hurdles with our lease. Our own estate agents (Purple Bricks) never helped us at all, they just put the advert up and didn’t assist us at all after that. Andrew was not only working for his clients but was helping us out with everything. He really knows his stuff as he was literally schooling the solicitors on what needed to be done and was then explaining everything to us, so that we understood. After speaking to many friends about what they went through during there moving processes, I haven’t heard any of them mention that their estate agents were even close to Andrews productivity rate when I compare it to what Leybrooks do! Personally, it’s upsetting to know that we paid Purple Bricks when another estate agent basically done everything for us. I fully recommend Leysbrook if there in your catchment, as I don’t personally think you could find another company that would work as hard as they do, to ensure you have a smooth-running sale. Genuinely lovely people that care about your sale and are even willing to go the extra mile and potentially help out your buyers if their estate agent isn’t pulling their weight! If you’re thinking about going with Leybrooks? Don’t think about it, just do it, you wont regret it! They have a 4.9 star rating for a reason. Spoke to Andrew over phone on 22/09/18. Can't praise his professionalism enough. Even when it became apparent I wasn't "currently" in a position to rent via Leysbrook (req a garantor due to a past financial life blip), he took the time explain requirements, options and suggestions in a clear, concise and considerate manner. Seemed to actually care about landlords AND tenants positions, opposed to simply "computer says no" The "no fees" for tenants application / admin etc (1st I've came across) prompted my interest, Andrews positive manner and knowledge reminded me not to assume all letting agents are cut from the same cloth.

We bought our first home this month and Andrew has been dealing with us from the very beginning with viewing the house! We were able to get a second viewing before we put our final offer in on the property last minute as my partner couldn’t make it to the first viewing. We would get phone calls and emails to update us at every stage. We started selling our house with another agent and after 2 months felt they didn’t really do a lot for us so looked up someone a bit more professional. And we weren’t disappointed when we found Leysbrook. Within a few days they sent a professional photographer round which showed our house at its best. I cannot recommend Leysbrook enough. Having sold our house through them ten months ago, which was handled in a confident and professional way at all times. Gaining the best outcome for me with an impressive 58 viewings over a two day period. I was happy with my selling price, received excellent advice from them, with all handled fluidly to perfection. I wasn’t as lucky with my purchasing side (through other estate agents) one with land issues, the other a gazump!) !! On the quest for my new home, which was stressful and chaotic at times. Delighted to say 3rd attempt with house number three, went through just today !!!
