The initial marketing period was excellent and the team handled all of the viewings making it easier and less stressful for us. Having lost our first buyer the team at Leysbrook wasted no time in pushing the marketing again and arranging open house viewings resulting in multiple offers. Their advice and guidance was exceptional too. Even down to recommendations on solicitors who were also second to none. GoogleI had a property let out for a number of years with Leysbrook, and then one house sale. I was satisfied across both areas - if there was ever an issue I found Leysbrook were quick to react and easy to communicate with and resolve. And with the house sale - Leysbrook were consistently staying in touch with both the seller, buyer & associated conveyancers to support a smooth transaction. Highly recommend!

GoogleI have no idea what sort of Estate Agents they are but they are sending really badly written mass mailings to local addresses using "Private and Confidential" to get round the Mail Preference Service. Pretty poor behaviour and an outright untruth. What's even laughable was they had a piece in their last "newsletter" that talked about Victorian terraces in Letchworth when the town was only founded in the Edwardian era and there's virtually no Victorian-era property in the town! Clearly syndicated content with the place names changed. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole if that's their business practice. An absolute joke that they say they have "strong community links" if they can't even get that right.

GoogleAfter 14 months and 3 changes of buyers we finally got my parents house sold and my father moved! Donna kept all parties updated throughout the protracted sale which was much appreciated, thanks Donna!

FacebookFrom when we first met Andrew, we felt extremely reassured through what is usually quite a daunting process. We eventually coordinated with the rest of the team too, and their patience (thanks Andrea for patiently waiting each time we went to view) and professionalism was exemplary. Always ready to liaise and mediate between the various parties involved. We truly felt that we were in safe hands. We thank God that the process went smoothly up to the joyous day we got the keys. We wholeheartedly recommend Leysbrook for peace of mind in the property purchase process.

FacebookAmazing team, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. They sold our property within five days. We then had a legally complicated sale and purchase and they managed the entire process expertly. Whenever things felt stressful Andrew was always on hand to explain the process, reassure us and take action when needed. Unfortunately we appointed a horrendous conveyancer (nothing to do with Leysbrook at all) and that caused a lot of delays but Andrew and Donna stepped in on a number of occasions, making phone calls and generally doing whatever was necessary to get us back on track. Excellent communication throughout and everyone at Leysbrook was really friendly to deal with.

GoogleUnfortunately w we’re not impressed. After being unable to view a property on a Sunday arrangements were made for Monday 11am. So, after driving 86 miles 172 miles total and approximately 2 hours we arrived at the property to find the Estate Agent didn’t have a key for access. In addition she had forgotten her telephone so used ours to contact the office to find out what’s happening. We’re not impressed and are really pleased our selling agent isn’t as incompetent. The least we would have expected is a call from the agents manager. We all understand mistakes happen but there are no excuses for being so rude didn’t even try to make a date to rearrange viewing.

I was advised on the best time to sell and the best marketing strategy, and from accepting an offer I was kept informed at every stage of the process and never had to chase. Donna the sales progressor was on top of everything and kept me regularly updated and kept the pressure on when the exchange was delayed., I wouldn't hesitate to recommend using them to sell your property, they made it as stress free as possible.

GoogleI would highly recommend this estate agents, it had become very helpful for me and my partner, the team response very quickly, we dealt with Andrea, and she has honestly made it a lovely experience for us, we recently moved into our new rented home and the service was very quick and professional, especially being pregnant and panicking to move, i have not experienced such a lovely and friendly estates like this, we have gone on so many viewings and most estate agents were very rude and unprofessional, I highly recommend Andrea and her team and we are very thankful for our lovely new home and to start our family.
