I was introduced to Leysbrook through a work associate at a networking event. My particular situation had the potential to be especially stressful as the house was being sold after a divorce. Simon understood immediately and helped us navigate through the whole process sensitivity and professionally. Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. We recently bought a house through Leysbrook and nothing was ever too much trouble. Simon, Andrea and Andrew are all lovely. We were first time buyers so had to ask a lot of questions and they were always on hand to answer. Later in the process Andrew worked amazingly hard to speed it up and ensure we completed as fast as possible. Without his patience and dedication I doubt it would have gone through nearly as quickly. We are so grateful. An estate agent like no other, we will be highly recommending to friends and family.

We have just completed the sale of our property, we decided to use Leysbrook after meeting Simon, one the directors, who impressed us with his ethos around helping people sell their homes.from the outset his advice around how to market our property was first class, we had 23 bookings for viewing within 48 hours of it hitting the market, and the price they secured for us was better than we had hoped, the communication from all the team throughout the sales process was excellent, all queries and concerns were answered promptly and we were regularly kept updated. We have had to use another estate agent in another part of the country recently who could learn a thing or 2 from Leysbrook, and to top of their excellent service they’ve just pop round to congratulate US on the sale 😀
