Amazing team, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. They sold our property within five days. We then had a legally complicated sale and purchase and they managed the entire process expertly. Whenever things felt stressful Andrew was always on hand to explain the process, reassure us and take action when needed. Unfortunately we appointed a horrendous conveyancer (nothing to do with Leysbrook at all) and that caused a lot of delays but Andrew and Donna stepped in on a number of occasions, making phone calls and generally doing whatever was necessary to get us back on track. Excellent communication throughout and everyone at Leysbrook was really friendly to deal with.

Leysbrook were the vendors' agent for our first house we bought in March 2022. We found their level of service, communication and professionalism to be brilliant throughout. This is especially appreciated as we were not their client directly. We viewed a lot of properties with other agents, and Andrew and Donna were noticeably transparent and knowledgeable during the marketing process. Once we went exclusive, they both really pushed the transaction forward when other agents didn't and communicated with us throughout. Would highly recommend if you're selling the North Herts area. Leysbrook were my guide and inspiration in having the confidence to sell my family home after 67 years. My initial contact was with Andrew who not only explained how Leysbrook works as a company, but also, and without rushing, how they could get the best result for my interests. It seems unfair to name individuals as I'm certain that the entire team helped throughout the process, but Nikki, Andrea, and Andrew guided me in what I needed to do with regards to form filling, viewings, advice etc etc. The result being that I had viewings within a week of the property going on sale, (all dealt with by the team), and offers within the first fortnight, resulting in a sale price higher than the starting offer! I happily recommend that if you are looking to sell, then use Leysbrook, you won't find a better company!!!

Honestly please steer clear. Save your money and time and just avoid at all costs. Lesson well and truly learnt that a majority of letting agents are money grabbers. Good luck getting your deposit back. To only get 23% of my deposit back is simply not acceptable. Being charged fees that have been illegal since 2019.

Andrew was acting on behalf of the sellers of the house we were buying, however the service he gave us was as if we were his clients! He was always available for any questions we had and managed the process fantastically. Without his hard work, dedication, patience and professionalism we feel we would never have got to completion as quickly as we did. He was able to manage the expectations of everyone in the chain extremely well, and particularly in the final couple of weeks in the process, was proactive in his communication with the other agents and solicitors. We just completed on a purchase through Leysbrook. We had quite a long process however the team at Leysbrook were excellent. Donna especially went above and beyond. She even worked on getting us moving on her days off. I don't know where we would be right now without her. They were very helpful and supportive. They even set up a WhatsApp chat to help with the process and if we had any questions which was very helpful. They are an amazing estate agent and both myself and my partner would recommend using them. If we were ever mad enough to ever move again we would use Leysbrook!
