GoogleEllie, Sarah and the team were great when I bought my flat. Usually you have to chase the estate agents, but Ellie was very proactive and onto the solicitors before I was! She was great at managing comms between myself and the vendors. Overall great service and highly recommended.

Sarah, Glenn, Ellie & Nigel were all so helpful, professional, and supportive all through our sale. Toni our sales progressor was fantastic in keeping us up to date on the progress, chasing things through and taking the stress away. We can't thank the team enough. GoogleUsed Alexander Lewis to sell my property, from Sarah’s initial visit, marketing of property and last contact with Ellie on completion day, felt they were always there to support me throughout the whole process. Communication great, able to get hold of them to discuss any aspects and passed me on to a great solicitor to carry out the legal aspect. Would definitely use them again very professional and helpful

GoogleI wouldn’t use anyone else for a Letchworth move. Sarah has a huge depth of local knowledge and experience which was invaluable for me as the seller. Letchworth has some quirks when buying and selling with the Heritage owning so much of the real estate, and my sale may well have fallen through had it not been for Sarah’s knowledge of the local area. They also recommended some good solicitors and having my estate agents and solicitors in easy contact made the process pretty much stress free. Highly recommend Alexander Lewis to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Letchworth area. Thank you

GoogleThe firm has been excellent throughout the process of selling our house. We initially met with Sarah who explained their set up and gave a realistic valuation of our property. Once we agreed to use their services arrangements were quickly made to market our house and after a few weeks a buyer was found, offering a price at the top of our expectations. Our sale was then progressed by Ellie who was extremely good at acting as a go between us and our buyer and also chasing up the solicitors.
