We put my mums house on the market last year, we had 2 other estate agents come round to value the house. Sarah came from Alexander Lewis she was lovely very professional. So glad we went with these u have been kept informed all the way through with texts of people viewing. Once they found a buyer Ellie then took over i wasnt left in the dark on anything she was lovely and very helpful, when she left glen then took over for the final part. I honestly can’t recommend Alexander Lewis enough. I was kept up to date throughout the sale process and the after sales support was fantastic. I had my property on the market in Letchworth with another agent for nearly 3months and had very little interest. I changed to Alexander Lewis and within 1 week I had an influx of viewings & within 1 month my property sold. The team are so professional .They use a professional photographer which helped get people through the door. Throughout the sale Ellie chased the solicitors and other agents in the chain to push the sale through in 3 months, which in the current stamp duty holiday/lockdown climate is a massive achievement. They had a really friendly approach during the initial negotiation (which ultimately saw us increase our bid), and once our offer was accepted they were very helpful and responsive right through to completion. I bought a house very recently from via Alexander Lewis - Ellie in particular was great throughout the whole process from being honest in viewings to then updating me on how the chain was coming along. I had a couple of issues in moving things along as the chain broke down but it was resolved after a month or so. My only issue is due to the delayed process there were some issues with the house that must've emerged after the offer was accepted, these issues could have potentially been flagged or raised before completing.

The service we received when selling our house was exceptional! They provided us with lots of footfall with 8 viewings the first Saturday after we listed and we received multiple offers quickly! They actually sold our house 3 times but due to the pandemic it fell through twice through no fault of theirs, nothing was a problems though and they quickly had more viewings arranged.
