We have been in sales and customer service for a variety of industries, we used to sell media to airlines for example! But all those jobs have given us the skills to be the best Estate Agents you've ever had. We've both moved house lots too, and had awful experiences with lacklustre agents that just don't give you the time of day. We knew the people of Leighton Buzard deserved better, so we founded EweMove Leighton Buzzard. Now we take an active interest in making your home-moving journey amazing. GoogleDidn't view Parsley Close in walnut tree despite having a decision in principle. Because I wouldn't tell them my price range I am looking at houses at. I explained I am looking at a house within my affordability and not prepared to disclose that. I said we are not going to see eye to eye on this or progress so let's leave it. I definitely wouldn't sell with this company, and now wouldn't view with them. Sorry I didn't fit the box tick process, I hope the future vendors are aware.

GoogleI purchased my house through Ewe Move 5 years ago and it was a very easy transaction. This is why I have used them again in the sale. They came round to value it with in 24hrs of my calling them, to then come and take photos and gather the required details a few days after. My house was then live within 24hrs with a viewing already booked in!! The team are friendly, very helpful and keep you updated with the progress at all times . They even answer any query’s you may have out of office hours. Chris informed me from day dot he was confident in selling within 4-6 weeks, this was archived within 4 weeks. The team are great in keeping you updated and chasing answers if needed. Highly recommend these on the sale or purchase of your property!!!

GoogleI am so glad that the seller sold the property via Ewemove. My fault that I that hired a problematic solicitor but Sam and Chloe at Ewe have been amazing on getting things moving. The ladies are no doubt the best. Spoken to other members of the team over the phone and they also seem to be very friendly and professional. It’s been 1st class service from day 1. GoogleThis house sale was our fourth and Paul is the best estate agent we’ve ever used. His communication was on point and kept us updated throughout the process, even when there wasn’t much to update on, which we found reassuring. Paul’s efficient communication definitely helped the process and kept the solicitors on track. The whole process was fairly stress free for us and with Paul’s guidance we were able to sell our property and complete within 8 weeks. We highly recommend Paul to anyone wanting to sell or buy property.

GoogleRented through them for over 2 years, since we moved out a month ago it’s been impossible to get in touch with them, no calls back, no responses to my emails absolutely nothing when it comes to returning the deposit back. The landlord himself had to go to the branch to get them to transfer the money back to us but all they do is lie constantly saying they’ve done it. So many other better agencies out there… Samantha Hazlett was dealing with us… she was meant to arrange the key collection on our moving out date in the morning, comes to the day before the key collection date and we still haven’t heard from her or the company they work with (while we were trying to contact Sam ourselves all week but apparently we didn’t)… reached out to the landlord and told him no one has contacted us about the key collection so he had to chase them again, few hours later I received an email saying it’s been arranged and someone will contact me, however, the landlord was told they contacted me weeks ago about it and I know exactly what’s going on… I knew we were giving the key back but not when or what time or to who until 2 hours before the key collection. Comes to the day of key collection and only at 2pm I was contacted by the external company saying they are ready to collect the key (requested a morning slot weeks prior key collection). The external company confirmed that they only received this booking when I received an email at 5pm day before the key collection saying they will be in touch with me. So Samantha was lying to the landlord about it. Now has stopped responding to my emails, calls since it’s time to return my deposit.
Greta, we are obviously very disappointed to read your review and that you have chosen this medium to air your grievances with our check out process. Having looked into this matter, it is clear that the comments you make misrepresent the situation and are taken out of context with everything we have done to allow you to be released early from your lease. I have no intention of listing the issues we had in dealing with your check out, but if you wish to discuss things in more detail, please feel free to contact our offices and we would be pleased to discuss things in more detail with you.

GoogleWe had an excellent experience dealing with Sean, Roshele, Irfan and the team to sell and buy two properties in Watford. Professional, communicative and responsive from the start and determined when necessary to allow us to get a deal through before the stamp duty window closed. Roshele in particular was a superstar when it came to chasing tardy solicitors in order to get the deal done. The only point to note is that if you want anything done in a hurry, avoid using their recommended partner solicitors, two doors down on the parade. Far better solicitors are available in Watford. All around excellent experience, looking forward to using again.

GooglePaul went above and beyond the normal expectations that you would have for an estate agent both in terms of service but also his excellent communication with all parties involved in the sale and purchase of a property. They always seem to have the best houses for sale. Definitely will use them if needed in the future. By far the best in Watford and surrounding areas.

GoogleWe can't fault Bella - I didn't think it would be important to have an estate agent that is contactable 24/7 but it was vital towards the end of our house sale process.
