If you want a professional then give Paul a call. He sold us our home years ago and we called him when it was time for us to sell. First class service from Ashton Stripp. This is a late review, in that I moved to Battle just over 6 weeks ago. It was quite stressful - I think house moves always are - but one thing that wasn’t stressful was working with Paul and Bella at Ashton Stripp. They were both so helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. Big thanks to both, and particularly to Paul for recommending a local firm to carry out some repair works that were found during the survey. It’s not easy finding good tradesmen, and as I’m completely new to the area I’m relying on good and trustworthy recommendations.

Got in touch with EweMove through the GetAgent. We were contacted immediately by EweMove. Whereas the other two estate agents took at least a couple of days to do so. We dealt with Chris Naylor who was a pleasure to deal with, incredibly professional (even down to his EweMove socks). He had arranged to come view our property within 24 hours of us contacting them. He provided confirmation of his appointment (which included a photograph of himself). He was prompt for the appointment and very sensible about his suggestions of a market value for our home. If we do end up selling our house, it will definitely be with Chris and EweMove. I would not hesitate to recommend this branch to anyone. Thank you for the kind of service that we, sadly, don't see much of these days.

Paul recently handled the sale of my house I benefited greatly from his marketing advice and knowledge of local conditions. He is honest and conscientious and kept in very regular touch. The photo presentation was particularly good. Whilst the sale was relatively straightforward, my subsequent purchase was anything but. Paul was not my vendor’s agent but did not hesitate to liaise with the solicitors, managing agents etc to try to break the deadlock. His advice and support were invaluable during a very stressful period. I found Paul to be calm, insightful and resolute. I have no hesitation in recommending Ashton Stripp as a principled company with a refreshing approach to estate agency.

I have dealt with many agents as part of my recent property search and never have I ever come across any more unprofessional and poorly organised establishment. Upon confirming my interest, I had to remind, email and asked several times to the agent (Nadia) to send me confirmation on my viewing appointment. Upon arriving at my appointment, I was left waiting in the rain for 45 minutes. When I called the office to find out where Nadia was I was told her battery had died and they were unable to contact her. It later transpired that she was waiting inside the property? This is absurd! Why would you wait inside the property when your battery is dead and not make the effort to wait for a client outside the property. It seems like this particular agent wanted a break and had no intentions to do this viewing. I still question whether the agent was there in the first instance. When I tried to query this with the practice manager, Sian, made a the number of excuses on behalf of the agent. The reality was that it is poorly run and I feel sorry for anyone that has listed their property with this unprofessional agency. Never have I ever, cross a poorly run establishment. I wasted my annual leave and my time was ruined due to the poor management of this company. Sadly, I never got to view 22 Stewart Court. Please tread carefully if you ever wish to use the services of this pathetic excuse of an agency.

We've had the pleasure of dealing with Nicole Glover who has looked after us and our property for a number of years. Nicole really is amazing and goes the extra mile, not resting until she settles the issue. I get a strong feeling from Nicole that she really is there to bridge the gap between the landlord and the tenant, working diligently to achieve a win-win for both sides. The simple truth is that she cares, had great knowledge of the market and is laser focused on a positive outcome. More recently she was integral and impeccable in achieving an important matter with our apartment.
