We went with EweMove to sell our home in Leighton Buzzard and couldn’t have been happier with the service we received. We’d had an online valuation with EweMove previously and regularly saw their boards around town, so when we decided we needed to move fairly quickly, they were already front of mind. And they certainly moved quickly! We called on a Friday afternoon and Sam came round that same day to look around the house and provide a valuation. We were then introduced to Harry, who came over that evening to get the exterior photos done. Sam was back on the Monday to take the internal photos and by Tuesday we were live on the market with viewings already lined up. We ended up having around 10 viewings, possibly even a few more, and sold the house after just 8 days on the market! Throughout the whole process, the communication from the team was brilliant. We were kept informed, received useful feedback after viewings and they organised viewings into blocks wherever possible, which made things much easier for us rather than constantly having to be out of the house. When we accepted an offer, we hadn’t yet found somewhere ourselves. The team were really understanding of our position and helped manage expectations with the chain below us without putting unnecessary pressure on us. They also helped point us in the right direction with solicitors and the other parts of the process, which made everything feel much more straightforward. A big shout-out to Harry in particular for the work he put into getting the sale over the line, and to Sam for how quickly she worked to get our property photographed, listed and in front of buyers. Ceri was also a pleasure to deal with throughout. Ultimately, they did exactly what you want a good estate agent to do. They were knowledgeable, proactive, polite, communicated well and, most importantly for us, worked at speed when we needed them to. A real pleasure dealing with Sam, Harry and Ceri. Be careful who they use I used Ewemove to sale my flat First meeting great, photos and marketing great Communication about viewings, offers response to offers great. Problem is (and i was not made aware of this at any point) is they farm out their final bits of the sale to a company called complete ASAP, who were woefully rubbish and almost cost me my onward process. Then when i came to moan about complete ASAP they just sat their and blamed others, curious what quality control is used in picking their partners would appear to be none. In the end it was the estate agent I brought from and myself who ended up doing ewe move & complete ASAP's job for them. Ewe move didn't even seem to have a clue what was going on regarding the progression of the sale as it was me who ended up telling them all the exchange and completion dates. Seemed clueless and or didn't really care what was going on so long as they got paid

Paul and Bella were absolutely brilliant. Communication was brilliant between us, our buyers and solicitors. They kept us up to date at every step via a group WhatsApp. Bella found us a buyer using her initiative and on the spot thinking! Both parties signed the Gazeal reservation agreement meaning both sides couldn’t pull out of the sale without very good reason. We had tried two Estate agents and got frustrated with the lack of contact and progress with our sale. We were recommended Paul by friends. What a different experience. Straight away we had more viewings. Paul regularly kept us updated and went above and beyond our expectations. When we sold the first time Paul even put money behind the bar for us as he knew we had had multiple issues, which was a huge surprise.
