We have been in sales and customer service for a variety of industries, we used to sell media to airlines for example! GoogleWe had already sold our home on London when we started viewing properties in the South East. We spent many months researching locations and viewing properties. This involved liaising with numerous local estate agents. We had two properties that we were interested in, but were unable to follow to completion. We found Paul to be patient, approachable, knowledgeable and invested in the local areas. We were left to view properties without his comments and free of pressure. The two outstanding qualities were Paul’s sincerely and honesty. Good to work with.

GoogleMy experience with Profitt & Holt in regards to setting up Rental tenancy has been quite easy I must say. I did not have to overthink because the process was laid out procedurally and fairly quick. I have been supported by Izabela Jamka, who also presented the property. She was informative, professional, easily approachable and gets to the point with emails and information. I am quite happy with my experience and that we had her to help us through securing the property. I recommend this company and Izabela for her straight forward approach with helping customers. Great stuff, this couldn't have gone sooner than I imagined.

GoogleComplete time wasters. Avoid them by any mean. They will require you to fill up several forms online, before even showing you the property. I completed the form for the main applicant and they returned asking filing up the forms for my partner and a 4 years old child.
I am disappointed to read this review and sorry that you felt the need to leave it. As we explained to you, and to all prospective tenants who are interested in viewing a property, we ask you to provide some general information to assess whether you meet the affordability and referencing criteria before the viewing is arranged, this is common practice within the industry and is there to save time and speed up the process for everyone. All applicants who will be on the tenancy agreement are asked to fill in the form but as you are aware, we certainly do not require young children to do so! I am sorry you feel you have had a bad experience with the firm and I hope you will find a property to rent soon.

FacebookEstate agents get a bad name and I was apprehensive about selling because of that, EweMove LB however are the absolute best. The team don’t just want a quick sale they’re interested in ensuring you’re happy and informed the whole way through. We have both sold and purchased through the team who consistently communicate well, provide honest feedback and ensure the best for their vendors. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Ceri, Sam, Chris and the team to anyone who wants to move but who was like me apprehensive about choosing an agent.
