Hello! Nice to meet you, we're Chris and Simon, your local personal agents. We're local Leighton Buzzard residents, we've worked together for years now, and have not always been Estate Agents either. We have been in sales and customer service for a variety of industries, we used to sell media to airlines for example! But all those jobs have given us the skills to be the best Estate Agents you've ever had. We've both moved house lots too, and had awful experiences with lacklustre agents that just don't give you the time of day. We knew the people of Leighton Buzard deserved better, so we founded EweMove Leighton Buzzard. Now we take an active interest in making your home-moving journey amazing. GoogleWe contacted EweMove following be unable to sell our property with another estate agent. Every member of the team I have met and communicated with have been professional and efficient. The photos they took of our property were excellent, with expertly digitally inserted furniture in rooms that were vacant. A What's App group was set up for constant communications between EweMove and ourselves which we found really useful. I recommend EweMove to anyone selling or buying a property. Thanks for your help everyone.

GoogleHaving an easy way to contact Simon, Chris, Kris and Sam was key for me. any concerns being answered quickly and professionally. I was guided through the whole process and thankfully they all have a lot of patience. Thoroughly recommended ! Although, not sure about Chris, he wouldn't accept a cup of Tea !

GoogleQuick and easy process from valuation down to sale in a few weeks if not days. The team are responsive, thoughtful, caring and informative. They understood are needs and situation and dealt with all queries with upmost professionalism in an efficient manner. GoogleI can't recommend Ewemove enough, the viewing experience so far has been great! Sam really listened to my needs and only sent me properties that matched my requirements, she was warm and friendly at the viewing and made me feel relaxed, being able to view the property at my own pace without feeling rushed or her being too pushy!

GoogleSales team were great getting me in a flat, however failed to disclose that the flat has a problem with the ventilation system. The flat was then listed for sales without informing me. I was also left without hot water after reporting the problem for about a week before the electrician were able to look at the problem. Just a disappointment, as the team seems friendly 😞
Matthew, we have to take issue with the comments you make as they are incorrect. The fact that there was a known issue with the ventilation in the block was discussed with you at the time of the viewing and our team member spent time with you turning on the kitchen and bathrom fans to see if the problem could be re-created and it couldn't be heard. We informed you that the landlord was thinking of selling and arranged access with you for sales valuations to be carried out. We tried on a number of occassions to reach you to inform you of the landlords decision to sell and eventually had to leave you a message informing you of this decision and asking you to contact the office. The electrical issue was reported by you on the Sunday 30th July, you were contacted about it when we re-opened on the morning of Monday 31st and and our contractor attended to resolve the problem on Tuesday 1st August. It did not take a week before anyone attended. If you would like to discuss any of these points in more detail, please contact one of the team who would be happy to clarify.
