GoogleHad the pleasure of using Turner's for the last couple of years. They are very efficient and professional. Couldn't have asked for a better lettings agent to deal with. Hannah has been exceptional specifically. No complaints; only left due to expanding my family, but would highly recommend :)

GoogleI rented a property through Turner estates and cannot fault the staff one bit. Hannah and Reece were always extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. I received my deposit back in full and was given such a lovely reference to my new agent which really helped me to move easily. I would highly recommend everyone.

GoogleI have used Turners management service for the last 10 years and cannot recommend them enough. They have expertly dealt with all manner of issues relating to my properties and free’d up my time to be able to focus on and grow my portfolio. Nick Munro provides excellent advice and gives strong support to my property business. His team are conscientious and manage all issues effectively with good communication. GoogleAvoid this agency. They are lazy, slow and unwilling to take responsibility for their own mistakes. I note that they are quick to respond to critical reviews but not so much to act. Their reply is deliberately incorrect and fails to say that the agency did not inform the tenant that the water system had been modified with two meters left and generated a huge bill. I did pay the bills throughout the year of tenancy and in fact the water company found that I am now in credit. Not to mention the issue of the rising damp on the bedrooms walls that were painted over to hide the wet walls, or the leaking pipe that flooded the bedroom and made it unusable for days. As far as the stickers on the cupboards are concerned it was my mistake and I agreed to pay the exorbitant price that you charged to rectify. Thanks for taking the time to do a review Giacomo sorry to hear you were unhappy with the service we provided to you as a tenant. We appreciate that you getting a large water bill for a year's supply is frustrating, however agents are not responsible for tenants having not paid their own utility bills with the county's providers I'm afraid, nor resolving issues you have with your utility providers this isn't a lettings agent being lazy, they simply aren't able to administer tenants bills or non-payment of their utility bills, nor are agents able to resolve issue's with said supplier because tenants have had redundant water meters removed from a property by them. As you can imagine lettings agents do not install water meters in property, only the water supply companies can do so. Having to have two cupboard doors painted because you removed the paint from them with stickers is just an avoidable deposit issue if the property had just been left undamaged by yourself at the end of the tenancy. Thanks again.

GoogleJust had an awful experience attempting to book a vewing for a property. Was very bluntly and rudley told that iyt wasn't avaliable. Upon asking why the property was still being advertised I was told "Well where are you looking then?!" Avoid these arrogant chumps like the plague. EDIT: I don't think I will given the tenor of your denialist and passive agressive response. I didn't get far enough through the call to give my name before your call handler put me off engaging your services. Trust me when I say it was definately yourselves. The call happened around 11:30. Just a tip, when people leave you a critical review, the idea is to work that feedback into you practices moving forward, whereas I can see that every negative review to yourselves has resulted in a snarky, defensive comment from yourselves basically denying everything. Either get a thicker skin or have somebody else handle your Social Media and Marketing pal.
Dear Nelson, perhaps you could please call our office direct to discuss this review and so we can help further as we have no record of recieving a call from someone of your name, when advertising property they show as either available or 'SSTC / LET BY' if they are no longer available or in the process of being sold, if you did call our office about a property that was already sold or let then a staff member would ask you where you had seen it advertised to try and ascertain where an error might be, however our staff are not rude to clients so I think you might have the wrong estate agency and therefore ask that you remove this review.

GoogleI've recently rented a property with Turners and the service has been 5 star. Hannah Bareham has been my main contact and has guided me from my first email right through to receiving the keys. Ive rented several properties in the Southend area over the years & Turners have provided the most prompt, reliable & streamlined service by far. Prior to renting, Turners were the management company on my old apartment. The roof started leaking & they had it repaired ASAP with no inconvenience. Many thanks to Zac & Hannah. They've been amazing!

GoogleI have been renting with Turners since 2012. They were recommend to me and luckily the house I had seen just happened to be on their books. I dealt with Nick Munro as a new tenant. I found him to be professional, informative, understanding and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and settled. As a tenant I have always been able to rely on a speedy response time when ive had any issues (which was probably only once when a shower was leaking). I actually locked myself out once as well and with Turners help were able to gain access to my house with minimal fuss. Turners keep their Facebook page updated daily and their advertising and marketing are up to date, trendy and in a very competitive market they always stand out. Well Done Turners and Nick! Keep up the good work.
