GoogleAvoid this company, if you are looking for a rental via this company DON'T. How they can call themselves a property management agency is a joke. We had to live in a property for over 6 months while issues with damp, dangerous structural work not being carried out after numerous requests which were ignored and when they were carried out (poorly) we had to wait again with more disruption with the work again not being done to a decent standard. Very disappointed with their service.

Dear Giles - As you are fully aware we took over the management of the house with this bathroom damp issue already ongoing, since managing it we have had over 7 contractor visits at the property including a structural engineer to confirm there was no danger and asertain why some tiles came off of the wall, the issue was fully resolved to the extent of the chimney breast being removed and the roof re-layed in that area. We also visited the house on no less 4 occassions during this time, I understand why you feel aggreived because we are taking legal action against you for the rent arrears you failed to pay, damage caused and redecorations needed within the property after vacation which is currently still ongoing and therefore completely understand why you would leave us a low review

GoogleWe've been renting with Turners for the last 6 years and have occupied a total of 3 of their properties. We have never had any issues with them what so ever, they are polite and responsive to all our maintenance issues. I reccomended my father in law to sell his property with them and he was also very happy with the service he received and how quickly they sold the house. Thank you Turner Sales and Lettings.

GoogleI recently purchased a new flat in Leigh-on-Sea through Turners. Everyone I dealt with there was very friendly, professional and efficient and answered all my questions quickly (Simon, Zac, Hannah and simply anyone who even just answered the phone when I rang or gave me the keys at the end). I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying or selling in the area. Refreshing to come across such a friendly, personalised estate agent.

GoogleBoth Zac and Erica were fantastic when it came to buying a property through them. They were always prompt to respond to me and were extremely flexible with my viewing requirements. There was an issue that needed resolving before exchange and Zac ensured this got dealt with and kept me updated. Different to the norm and highly recommended.

Dear Daryl, sorry to hear you are not happy with our service, obviously you are still currently a tenant of ours so please could you re-iterate via email what maintenance issues remain so we can get them rectified accordingly for you, we have asked for this also on email already and await a reply. I know that instead of talking to you as the lead tenant we are now copying in all 3 tenants on any future communications also, however please provide details of what 'vital information' we are constantly getting wrong, this would help resolve any issue going forwards while you currently remain at the property. We do agree that we most certainly do care about landlords wishes, along with tenants equally and are happy to mediate between both parties while they try and resolve any disputes as you are aware.
