The service we received from Turners was friendly, efficient and professional. Lee visited the property early on and gave great advice and evidence as regards its likely sale price. He subsequently arranged an ‘open day’, from which a buyer was found and a sale price was agreed with within the week. Darren helped us to engage ‘Montrose Brown Law’ for conveyancing, which proved a good choice - another efficient service and an easy company to deal with. Both Lee and Darren always kept us up to date with proceedings and went out of their way to ensure the sale progressed smoothly, contracts were exchanged and the sale completed on time. Well done Turners and thank you all for making this a trouble free and pleasant experience.

We where having a difficult time finding a property for ourselves. However, Susan has been the greatest help of all time. She was very empathetic towards us, with excellent communication skills. She worked with speed to ensure we found a place to settle in as a family. Even as far as out of hours to fill us in on where we stood with the landlord. I have just completed a purchase through Turner Estate agents and I have to say the service was exceptional. I was in a situation that meant I needed to find a property to move into as quickly as possible, I registered online and got a call from Darren who booked a viewing for the property I saw on Rightmove, but he also talked me through 3 other properties that might also be to my liking. The great service didn’t stop there, Darren then arrange the viewings and told me to meet him at the office on Saturday and he will drive me round to view them all. Obviously he really understood my needs as all the properties I saw could have been contenders but one in particular stood out for me. I then offered on Monday which was quickly tied up and the whole sale from offer to completion took just 10 weeks. Thank you to Darren and all the team, I highly recommend anyone who is looking to buy or sell to use Turner Estate agents!

Exceptional service by Lee , Darren , Zac & the team yet again. I have personally used Turners , alongside friends and family for the last 20 years . Their costs are equal to all local estate agents - HOWEVER , they even assist and educate conveyancing solicitors to ensure both sale and purchasie is achieved , unbelievable knowledge & over and above what is charged . The cost of a failed chain completion is never factored into any sale or purchase.
