GooglePhenomenal service and care from the Benfleet team at Gilbert & Rose. A special shout out to Ryan, Brennan & Amie for their hard work selling our property. They saved us from a horrific experience with another agent and got our property marked, multiple offers and sold super quick (within 2 weeks) after we sat stagnant on the market for 4 months with another agent prior. If that doesn't show you that having a good agent matters then I don't know what does! They are the most caring people, really approachable and transparent. I could not recommend them enough to anyone looking to sell/buy. A final special thank you to Karen in sales progression who has taken care of us through the process too, such a super star, always quick to respond and kept us well informed. As a whole, not one bad thing to say from start to finish of this team 🩷

As a first time buyer I have felt fully supported from day one. The team at Gilbert & Rose were so kind, helpful and understanding and I felt I could completely trust them. Communication was clear and prompt and I never had to chase up on any queries. They were extremely helpful as the “middle man” between myself and the sellers and ensured the transition went very smoothly on completion day. The Welcome Box I received was such a lovely gift and very much appreciated. Gilbert & Rose has made my experience of moving so easy and as stress free as possible. I will definitely be using them in the future if I ever move again!

GoogleWe'd been struggling to sell our home for too long with two other estate agents, then we got ourselves on the market with Gilbert & Rose and the interest started pouring in with their proactivity to get us sold. Lo and behold, we sold! Along followed months of stress with a 5-house chain but we had Karen to help us along the way, keeping us updated and fighting our corner to get completed, right up to the last nail-biting minute. We have no regrets selling with Gilbert & Rose and will be looking to use them again when we choose to sell again.

I did have my flat up for sale with another agent before these guys and couldn't even get a viewing (they over priced the property and made false promises) but moving to Gilbert and rose was a pleasant and welcoming experience. With professional advice, personnel and realistic standards which were completely met and a sale happening within a few weeks! A shame we have moved away from the area and can't use them. But top notch service and would recommend to anyone local to the area.

You don’t just get a basic buy and sell service with them, you get everything. They referred me to the best mortgage brokers, solicitors and architects around and everything unnecessarily for me was discussed between them making the process seamless. Highly recommended them.

GoogleAll staff that were involved were professional and efficient throughout my property sale process. Fortunately it sold quickly but it was over Christmas and Mike put himself out to accommodate viewings over the festive period. Claire Skilbeck was my progression person and she was excellent throughout. Great communication, keeping things moving along and liaising with me and my conveyancer when needed. Most importantly she was a voice of calm, support and understanding when I was having a few big wobbles.
