Jacob W. has been a very good listener from the start; he cleary understood the type of property I was looking for, what was important to me, my budget, and the exact areas I preferred to live in. He keeps in regular contact, and provides me with news of new properties coming on the market that fit my requirements. He is very knowledgeable of the local market, and I was very impressed with his ideas on how to improve the value of a property. Jacob provided me with his contact information; made me feel comfortable to develop a relationship with him as my POC, rather than deal with the entire office. Best of all in addition to his professionalism, Jacob is a kind and very helpful young man. He even went out of his way to drive me to one of the viewings, and show me the neighborhood. I highly recommend his services!

They found a great buyer in good time, were always prompt in their communications, and had a clear understanding of the task at hand. Furthermore, I would like to give a shout out to Phoebe Sheldrake. Phoebe enter the process on the transaction side and in the final few weeks especially, was essential in keeping our sale moving at pace. We recently purchased our new home through Niche and had a really great experience. What we loved, was it didn't feel like we were dealing with the sterotypical 'estate agency'. Even though Mike and Claire were acting on behalf of the Vendors, we really felt like they were also on our side and took our personal circumstances into account every step of the way. It really was a joy to work along side them in seeing the house through to completion. We viewed the house twice and Mike was very good at reading the room and gave us space to view the house on our own the second time. This was very much needed because I was having doubts and being able to have those private conversations was really important. As the sale progressed Claire was fantastic. Our chain was complicated and extremely frustrating at times and she was proactive and offered reassurance when needed. We felt very lucky knowing she was working on the sale.

Jamie was our first point of contact and was very present, motivated and helpful. I recently exchanged on my investment property through Gilbert and Rose, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The marketing was exceptional, from the quick setup of the board to the immediate online promotion by Spencer. Communication throughout the process, including viewings and feedback, was always honest and constructive, something I truly valued. Having been out of the estate agency business for two years after working as an agent for 15 years, I never expected to seek help from one of my competitors. However, after stepping away, I really appreciated their work ethic and marketing approach, which I believe is the way forward. I first put my property on the market in August 2023 with Gilbert & Rose, and from the very start, Tara was my estate agent, handling all the viewings. From day one, she was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to offer support. She was accommodating and made the process as smooth as possible. Partway through my journey, Tara moved into another role within the company, and unfortunately, my selling experience became more stressful, with a few abortive sales along the way.
