Phenomenal service and care from the Benfleet team at Gilbert & Rose. A special shout out to Ryan, Brennan & Amie for their hard work selling our property. They saved us from a horrific experience with another agent and got our property marked, multiple offers and sold super quick (within 2 weeks) after we sat stagnant on the market for 4 months with another agent prior. If that doesn't show you that having a good agent matters then I don't know what does! They are the most caring people, really approachable and transparent. The journey of selling my house wasn't easy.; having lost two buyers along the way but I always felt my property sale was a priority and because of this I want to give a shout out to the Southend sales team who secured my sale and a big thank you to Sales Progressor Charlene for her updates and keeping me calm when things went wrong. In the last few weeks however, my sale progression was taken over by Karen. I cannot fault her advice and professionalism. She kept me updated every day and really went above and beyond.
