Renting in Leigh with Gilbert and Rose. All who we’ve dealt with at Gilbert and Rose have been professional and really helpful from start to finish. Ben Lawrence helped us sort two recent issues we had with the house promptly so thank you Ben for going out of your way to help. The landlord has also been helpful and exceptional and other tradespeople that Gilbert and Rose have had to help us also have been good. That being said the property was really well presented and finished when we moved in and compared to other rental properties this is the best we’ve been in with the least issues.

I have recently had the pleasure of meeting the team at Gilbert and Rose in leigh on sea Essex. Before meeting Ed on valuation, I was very nervous about the whole process of selling my home. I have dealt with other estate agents in the past , and it has been a very stressful process. But Ed really put my mind to rest and answered all my worries. The viewings I have had on my property were dealt with very professionally by Ross. Giving me feedback straight away. And offering advice. Ed and Ross both present themselves very well , always very smart, polite, and on time. When speaking with the team on the phone, especially Lewis. They have great communication with each other. So, any of the team members can help with Enquiries quickly and promptly. Ed and Ross are very hard working, Gilbert and Rose are very lucky to have them as part of their term. I really do feel that Ed and Ross have gone above beyond to make my sale go as smoothly as possible. I have already recommended Gilbert and Rose to friends and family. Well done! 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve recently had an offer accepted for a property I’m buying through Gilbert & Rose and so far, the process has been so positive, especially the service and support I’ve received from Lewis. Nothing has been too much hassle for him, from arranging multiple viewings at short notice (including on his day off!!) to supporting me through the offer stage. It felt like he was genuinely on my side and wanted me and my little boy to get the property - it really added to an already exciting time. Lewis was friendly, professional and knowledgeable - I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their house.

We initially looked at a different property and mentioned another property (which we have just completed on), he got us booked in to view it the next day. KAYLIE SAYER, YOU'RE A STAR!! I have been looking for a property to rent in the areas around the East of London for 2 months. I spent hours and hours on the internet looking for the right place close enough to a station and comparing travel times. Long story short - it was a very difficult task. If I finally found something, I would either struggle to get hold of an agent, or they would simply tell me to complete an online registration form and they will get back to me, which they in very many cases didn't. This was not the case with Kaylie Sayer at Gilbert & Rose. I had the most wonderful experience with her in my search for the right property and would recommend her to anyone. She is very kind and very professional, always returned calls and emails with any queries or questions I had. Kaylie would make any property experience way more pleasant and she is a real gem. Gilbert and Rose are just everything you want from an estate agent selling your house. Regular updates on your properties performance and marketing, stunning photography of your property and very speeding getting it live across all platforms, fun social media posts to increase your properties visibility, friendly personable agents to conduct viewings on your behalf who actually WANT to sell your home, and staff who will literally bend over backwards to help/communicate with you to provide you as much insight into your progress as possible. Lewis was truly amazing but every member of the team we met throughout the process was just incredible. This company seem to have the knack of hiring genuinely kind, friendly and competent staff who love their job. With that kind of service and some of the best rates, its a no brainer- We will absolutely never use any other agent for our future property sales.

We’ve been thoroughly impressed with G&R right from the start. From the initial meeting to getting us up online, which was super quick and efficient. The team understood our situation and treated us like their number one priority (even though we know they have many other clients). The communication has been brilliant and we always felt well advised and well informed throughout. As many know, selling and buying can be a very stressful process, but we felt listened to and the team have always been very empathetic.
