GoogleGreat team of people, from start to end, Ed, Lewis and Michelle are all a pleasure to work with. It was quite stressful at times but Lewis went above and beyond to get me a buyer after my first buyers pulled out. Michelle too after my second buyer wanted to complete earlier than expected and before stamp duty increased. I would recommend Lewis as your agent and the Gilbert and Rose team in Leigh!

GoogleKaren was excellent throughout. From day one she appreciated the urgency to exchange and complete before the stamp duty deadline. Karen got the level of communication just right. She was in constant contact with her client (the seller), us (the buyers) the other estate agents in the chain and both sets of solicitors. She was always polite and friendly and never pestered when she was seeking updates. Thank you for easing what is a stressful process.

She kept in contact weekly to update us on progress (or to let us know there wasn’t any) and was there to answer any questions we had along the way. Harry (the real estate agent) was friendly and professional in assisting us with our search and addressing our queries. In fact, after a number of repeated viewings it was Harry's judgement of the flat (new home) which helped us make a decision to go for it.
