We had quite a wait for our vendors purchase to be granted probate, which was quite frustrating. Karen Summers, Sales Progressor was so helpful in providing updated information, chasing the vendor and communicating with us regularly. Karen always responded quickly to our queries (often following up on her non working day) which was highly appreciated. We cannot fault Karen's service throughout. We have had a good experience with our home purchase through Gilbert & Rose and the lovely gift box when collecting our keys was a nice touch! My friend completed the same day with another agent and commented that she just received an envelope with keys!

Renting in Leigh with Gilbert and Rose. All who we’ve dealt with at Gilbert and Rose have been professional and really helpful from start to finish. Ben Lawrence helped us sort two recent issues we had with the house promptly so thank you Ben for going out of your way to help. The landlord has also been helpful and exceptional and other tradespeople that Gilbert and Rose have had to help us also have been good. That being said the property was really well presented and finished when we moved in and compared to other rental properties this is the best we’ve been in with the least issues.

I have recently had the pleasure of meeting the team at Gilbert and Rose in leigh on sea Essex. Before meeting Ed on valuation, I was very nervous about the whole process of selling my home. I have dealt with other estate agents in the past , and it has been a very stressful process. But Ed really put my mind to rest and answered all my worries. The viewings I have had on my property were dealt with very professionally by Ross. Giving me feedback straight away. And offering advice. I’ve recently had an offer accepted for a property I’m buying through Gilbert & Rose and so far, the process has been so positive, especially the service and support I’ve received from Lewis. Nothing has been too much hassle for him, from arranging multiple viewings at short notice (including on his day off!!) to supporting me through the offer stage. It felt like he was genuinely on my side and wanted me and my little boy to get the property - it really added to an already exciting time.
