His replies have been immediate and responses have satisfied our queries and concerns. Nothing has been too much trouble and he has gone above and beyond in assisting us. An example of this was showing viewers around on Christmas Eve which was also a Sunday. Even though he was not due to be at work, he made the viewing happen at ours and the buyers convenience. I can’t recommend Lewis and Gilbert and Rose highly enough, professional and efficient at all times.

Impressed by the proactive nature of this, we agreed and listed with Gilbert & Rose.
Gilbert & Rose gave a fair & realistic valuation, unlike the other agent we had previously listed with. Our property went live the same day as the valuation was done.
Within 2 weeks we had, had more viewings than we had over the past 11 months.
The team gave great advice through the selling process, and were in constant communication with us. Lewis was extremely professional, friendly and courteous showing people around. He also actively looked for potential buyers and referred people to our property when attending viewings elsewhere.
As a whole Gilbert & Rose were a breath of fresh air and actually delivered on their promises. I cannot recommend them enough!

GoogleI asked Gilbert & Rose as to act as estate agents for the sale of a property for us in Leigh on sea. I am so glad I chose them they were totally professional throughout every aspect of the sale, Sam Brunker showed all the prospective clients around the property also organised visits for surveyors and other trades.
When the property was sold he handed sales progression to Claire Skilbeck. Ms Skilbeck was excellent in progressing the sale her and Michelle Birrell kept us fully up to date with situation they were very efficient and easy to get hold of for any questions.
If you need an estate agent for buying or selling a property then I would have no hesitation in recommending Gilbert & Rose

GoogleAfter loosing our buyer and purchase earlier on in the year we had written off the move for a few years. It wasn't until Perry called us up with our dream bungalow in Thundersley which we offered on straight away.
Unfortunately we wasn't on Rightmove but Spencer managed to take photos and sell our property within 48hours!!!
Perry, Spencer and Erica made the whole process super relaxed and stress free. They constantly sales chased and worked with solicitors to get us exchanged before christmas.
