I have to call out Karen Summers our Sales Progressor, Karen was a massive help throughout the process, providing support along the purchase and chasing up and down the chain when it was required. Karen was not afraid put pressure on when it was needed to other estate agents and solicitors which was much appreciated by us as we had a deadline we wanted to meet. We would definitely recommend working with Gilbert & Rose and especially Karen. Thank you for getting us to our new house.

GoogleRyan at Gilbert and Rose came highly recommended to me and he didn’t disappoint! This is the first time I have sold and bought a house on my own and when I shared my worries with Ryan he said ‘What you worried about, it’s all going to be great’ - he was right of course and was with me every step of the way. Charlene was also absolutely great and made what was a stressful time much easier with the best support. I couldn’t recommend them more and so grateful for everything.

GoogleI hate to post a negative reviews but we are trying to reach out to you for days already since last week and except for listening to the pleasant background music, we never were able to speak to any agent as they never picked up the phone (called from different numbers, tried different times a day). Would love to give you a chance but doesn't seem to be a right opportunity for it if agents are not available to pick up the calls. Disappointing.

GoogleAaliyah Byford has been brilliant helping us with a rental property we found that we loved. It has been a very difficult time for us as we were forced to move as the landlord now wants to live in his property. Aaliyah was so friendly and helpful to us all the way through. Quick to respond to any questions we needed to know. The whole process was quick and easy online with guidance from Aaliyah when needed.
