GoogleWe used Gilbert & Rose for the sale of our property and were more than happy with the service we received. Josh & Sam dealt with the initial sale whilst Charlene dealt with the sale progression. The marketing & photos were excellent however the main point which stood out was the communication, everyone involved kept us fully updated throughout the whole process. A special thanks to Charlene who gave us weekly updates & chased all parties involved. We would definitely use G&R again.

GoogleEd is a very strong agent and appears to work tirelessly for his clients. I’m selling my home with Ed again and wouldn’t choose another agent. Ross is also very diligent and professional and was great at handling my sale. The process management part of my sale is where things fell down a bit, but Ed stepped up and ensured my needs were met. Overall I am neutral about G&R because really it’s the individuals you deal with who sell your home and represent you. If your experience is great with those individuals you stick with them.

GoogleI used Gilbert & Rose for my recent purchase. They made the whole process so easy for me. I never thought purchasing house can be so simple. Special shout for Michelle Birrell & Daniel Gilvargas. They both were very helpful throughout the process. Michelle hand hold me during the whole process and was with me, until I got the keys. She took care of everything chasing my Solicitor or seller's team. I was the first time buyer and didn't knew anything about the whole process, Michelle made sure she explained everything to me properly and she was very polite and answered all my questions in great details. Even after process is completed she helped me clarifying stuff with previous owner Dan explained the whole property in great detail, always ready help. He knew his job pretty well. I think they are great team. and to surprise you they give you a gift box on completion. Which was a sweet surprise. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a property

GoogleToday I completed on the sale of my flat with G&R and I am so impressed with the service that I had to write a review straight away. From start to finish, selling my flat was a breeze. Communication was excellent and they answered any queries I had straight away. A particular thank you to Ross , Leanne and Ed - all of who were brilliant and made my sale an enjoyable experience. I have another rental flat in Leigh which I am switching over to G&R because they are so brilliant at what they do, the best estate agents in Leigh by FAR! Your staff are an asset and I cannot recommend you enough - thank you!

GoogleI agreed to purchase a house back in January 2023, this became very complicated, with circa 6 or 7 in the chain. Despite numerous setbacks from the bottom of the chain, Charlene at Gilbert & Rose, managed to keep all of the chain going and with constant updates and consistently chasing the solicitors and other agents, we exchanged contracts yesterday and I am moving on the 18th September !! I am sure without Charlene my move wouldn't have happened! So a BIG THANK YOU to Charlene and the rest of the Gilbert & Rose Team. If Carlsberg made estate agents Charlene Franklin would be the one :-)

GoogleGilbert and Rose were the third estate agency, we had appointed to sell our property. The other two estate agents were unsuccessful after having long listings. The sale of this property was not a straightforward as both parties selling the property, were not always on the same page. But Ryan was professional dealing with the sale of the property and requirements from both parties. Whilst Understanding the needs, but ultimately focusing on the sale. Would not hesitate to recommend Ryan from Gilbert And Rose services again, Great service, five stars

GoogleWhen I sold my first property G&R came highly recommended for their brilliant marketing and knowledge of local pricing and market activity -they didn’t disappoint! Before the property was even fully advertised Ed had several viewings lined up and sold my property in one weekend. His service from beginning to end was fantastic. The after care and navigation through the sales process from Michelle was also first class. I’ve now sold two properties through G&R and wouldn’t look to anyone else.

GoogleWe used Gilbert & Rose to sell our property this year. The team were great , responsive and committed to finding us a buyer ensuring that our completion deadline was met. Sam and in particular Leanne were great. Leanne went above and beyond, and she is a total asset to the company. We would recommend Gilbert & Rose to friends and family. We also used their recommend solicitors and the conveyancing process was straight forward. Even better that G&R liaised with them so well too. Would not hesitate to use them in the future. 👏👏👏

GoogleAfter having managed our properties for many years we decided to ask for an Agent to help us. We have known Spencer for a couple of years - he introduced my Wife and I to Sarah who manages the rental team at Gilbert and Rose. Sarah then kindly introduced us to Ben who was going to be our property manager. We have been working through a difficult eviction of a tenant. I cannot speak highly enough of the help the G&R team have offered throughout, In particular Ben. Ben has worked out of hours with nothing being to much trouble. Responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his clients. So refreshing to see and to deal with. A credit to himself and the G&R business

However, they made the process feel smooth and were available throughout for support. On completion, i was given a lovely moving in gift box with all the first day essentials like tea coffee biscuits and candles. GoogleWe recently bought our property through Gilbert and Rose. Right from initial contact through to completion they were amazing, professional at all times and excellent communication. Our first contact was with Brennan, who once he had showed us a couple of properties, he knew exactly what we wanted and arranged for us to view where we now live. Our next contact was with Leanne Warren, Sales Progressor, probably not the easiest job but she was always honest with us, kept in regular contact, even when nothing had changed or moved on. Always professional, contactable at all times. Very quick to resolve issues and push our sale through to completion, when we didn't have the easiest chain, so a real challenge. I would have no hesitation in recommending them if you are looking to buy, sell, let etc.

Special mention to Claire who blew us away with her diligence in keeping us informed throughout the process to ensure things ran smoothly. GoogleInitially advertised our house with YOPA estate agents after a family member sold his house with YOPA. Frustratingly due to poor advertising and handling of the advertisement by YOPA and after 4 months with no movement I then chose Gilbert and Rose as my new estate agent. Ryan Reece was my dedicated estate agent and after a telephone conversation and sales pitch from him as to why I should use G&R, with some scepticism I went ahead with it. I must say Ryan was as good as his word. The sales brochure photo’s and house description were great. I received numerous messages and calls from Ryan about potential interested buyers throughout the time and in less than a week I had 4 viewings booked for the property and then to my surprise a sale agreed in less to a two weeks of going to market. Ryan was polite, knowledgeable and above all honest about what he would aim to achieve. He listened to our opinions which made us feel more at ease. Yes, it has cost more to go with a local agent than an online one but I would never use an online agent again after my YOPA experience and without doubt I will be recommending Gilbert and Rose to anyone I know looking to sell in the future. Thank you Ryan for your proactive approach and to help us achieve the sale. Top man
