Thank you Kash, Ryan & Leanne for all your hard work with our property. Kash sold our home and he was a pleasure to work with. We was made to feel like a mate and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He took away the stress of selling a property and kept in contact at all times regarding buyers. He wants the best outcome for you as a seller and is on the ball with a plan of action if anything arises. Ryan marketed our property and came to the initial meeting when we decided to sell our property with Gilbert & Rose. He didn’t pressure us or tell us things that we would want to hear, he was very honest and explained the way the company worked. The pictures & write up were very professional but also showed the property as it was. Leanne was our sales progressor, she kept us updated every week, she really took the stress of chasing a solicitor away. I couldn’t recommend Gilbert & Rose enough, hopefully you’ll deal with Kash as his got to be the youngest yet most professional estate agent we have met.

We had the pleasure of using Gilbert and Rose for selling our house, they were second to none and the attention to detail they had was amazing, right from the first meeting with Spencer he came round explained everything that was involved with selling and walked me through the process step by step, Josh who took care of the viewings so that we didnt have to do anything, he keep us informed of the feedback after each viewing, I must admit it made our experience flawless we didnt have to worry, after we sold which was really quick, we then were kept in the loop with the next stage of the process right until the very end and dropping the keys in to the office. We picked Gilbert and Rose to sell our house with based on the excellent reviews I had read on line and mainly due to our first meeting with our agent Ryan Perry, we knew instantly we had made the right choice. From first listing the house to completion day we was so impressed. Ryan was excellent, so friendly and professional. Worked hard to get us plenty of viewings and got us the price we wanted for our property. Once we accepted an offer, Leanne Warren from sales progression took over and was equally as brilliant as Ryan. She talked us through the next steps and kept us up to date all the time with how it was going. Both of them were nothing short of exceptional, they made the whole process so stress free and both made us feel like nothing was ever any hassle or trouble for them, any time we called or E-mailed them both with any questions they got straight back to us, made us feel like we was very important to them. I honestly cant recommend Gilbert and Rose enough, if you are selling your property and you want an agent that offers a great friendly and professional service you need to use them, you will not be disappointed.

Having initially reached an agreement with Perry Rose, I was subsequently referred to Charlene who picked up and took responsibility for the process of our purchase. I was regularly given updates to the progress being made and prompt responses were received following my own correspondence and requests for information. Advice was given when sought which was provided in such a way that I did not need clarification. I was more than content with the service received throughout.

His communication was clear and he always checked with us to schedule viewings/appointments etc around our availability. He was always available to answer any questions and for a communication channel between the landlord. Even a few weeks after we moved out, he was more than happy to help with a few things. I took a phone call from Gilbert and Rose today 6th June at 10.35am, I am unsure how they had my number as we currently have our 4 bedroom house up in Alexandra Road Southend with another agent. They told me the house round the corner which has been up for just over a week has had 5 viewings and one offer already and it was completely strange that we had not had an offer or the same amount of viewings. They were clearly trying to get us to switch estate agent. They also questioned the standard of our pictures and they said they would call up the people who had viewed the house round the corner (they are from London apparently and from their London portal!) and see if they would be interested in viewing ours as well but first of all they would like to come round to our house to see it in person. I said we were fine as we are. After this conversation this morning I decided to walk round to the house round the corner to us which is also 4 bedrooms and I asked the home owner in question if the above was true and they told me it wasn't they had had only 1 viewing! So a complete lie and completely why we did not go with them in the first place, totally unprofessional! Please be very careful with who you choose to go with.

From start to finish, the team at Gilbert and Rose were very professional but also approachable and reassuring. My wife and I went through quite a torturous process during a time when the market was volatile. Our first buyer pulled out of the sale on the day we were due to exchange; there is no worse feeling in the house sale process. But Ryan, Gary, Jamie and Michelle all played a huge part in ensuring that we successfully got over the line with our second buyer. When we first marketed the property, we did engage several agents for quotes. Nothing compared to the professional approach that Ryan displayed; we were particularly impressed with the data and statistics that he presented, all of which were verifiable. On the viewings, both Gary and Jamie showed tremendous respect for our property and were very reassuring and supportive throughout the selling process, supporting us with negotiations on price. And when the sale was agreed, Michelle took over; her kind and thoughtful approach along with a steely determination to get us to exchange of contracts and eventual completion, was impressive. She was amazing at corralling the chain together and ensuring everyone was on the same page - a lovely lady. All in all, we would recommend Gilbert and Rose to anyone selling in and around Westcliff-on-Sea.

‘Gilbert and Rose’ has been Excellent from start to finish. The fantastic reviews you see online & the amazing words by client says for itself. I must say they have harnessed a fabulous team. I bought this house recently where ‘Gilbert and Rose’ were agents from seller’s side but it never felt that way. Ryan Perry is the HERO of my entire move. Ryan has been precise, friendly & empathised with our sentiments and nervousness. We met him on the day we first saw this house and fell in love with it. He gave us the accurate advise and right contacts to help with the move. We could agree on the numbers and formalities on the same day with him being the prompt mediator. He has always been proactive, fair & made sure we are appropriately informed throughout the process. When we had the longer wait period and chains to complete he kept us in loop and made us aware of activities happening in the background. I cannot thank him enough and if possible give him more than 5 STARs. Erica Meacham was our sales progression assistant and has done incredible job. Erica made us calm down and I could rely on her for all the communications between various parties. She has been my go-to person when it comes to connections with conveyancer and sale progression. She gave us great advise throughout the process and kept us informed on status of the move. Erica stands out for her professional service, she was prompt in answering emails, connecting on calls & reducing the stress that comes with the house purchase. My first impressions of Gilbert & Rose started when I read through their professional and interesting marketing website, covering all aspects of the services they provide. I met Ryan Perry on site and within 2 days my advert to sell my apartment was on the websites they subscribe to. Great photographs and straight forwarded, honest and factual script. It wasn’t long before I got my first interested prospective buyer. Ryan Perry came across as a caring and conscientious human who showed that he understood what I wanted. In all my dealings with him, he was straightforward and made complex processes clear and easy to follow. There were times when the buyer was difficult, but Ryan Perry negotiated with all parties involved and always reached middle ground leading to a win, win situation. Throughout the sales process Ryan Perry kept me well informed in a timely and constructive manner, he was 100% committed to providing me with outstanding customer service. The apartment is sold with no residual issues to follow up on.
